Premier Inn Plymouth (Sutton Harbour)

Absolutely disgusted We went for a two night break Not much sleep first night due to parties in the area even with the windows closed Went out into Plymouth around 11am and returned 10.30pm after paying for parking 2 days , there was nothing , we are both blue badge holders with limited mobility , all parking bays disabled and normal were full , even parking on paths any space was full . No other option available apart from find another car park and use that , um limited mobility not a perfect response , then spoke with the manager re a refund So ended up driving home , getting back at 4am , Will not return

Booked a premier plus room with a view and apart from the view can’t really see what was plus about it. Arrived at 230pm to be told by the jobsworth on reception that can’t check in until 3pm unless we pay £15. We didn’t pay but went for a drink before coming back at 3pm to join a big queue with one person manning reception. Wouldn’t it make sense to stagger check in even if you couldn’t access the room until 3pm?? Returned later after seeing a show hoping to get a drink before bed. I’ve never worked behind a bar but would’ve made a better effort than the girl trying to serve drinks. She spent more time wandering off to find things that were behind the bar/in the fridge. The worst bit about our stay was not sleeping due to the heat. Premier plus but no fan and heating/air con only going down to 19. We couldn’t open the windows due to the noise from the Barbican and being directly above smokers corner.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were down for the Swim England SW Championships. Kerry was exceptional, she looked after us from the moment we arrived and made sure that we had an early breakfast and plenty of iced water. She made some brilliant recommendations about beaches to visit and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou.

Very comfortable room and we'll supplied. Stunning view of harbour , unfortunately window small and high up, so could only see it standing up! Staff friendly and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though the WiFi was very slow! It's not allowing me to add pictures!!

Lift not working Left Sunday lift still not working. Lighting Out on 3rd floor when we came back to hotel. Not even emergency lighting working. Room not serviced during 3 night stay Stairwell not cleaned during our stay even with all the upper floor traffic going through it. Filthy stains on stairs. USB sockets broken in room 324. No water in room on Friday for a shower. Outside of hotel poorly neglected. Ashtray not emptied outside during stay. Cigarette ends all over the floor.

Massive thank you to the staff especially Jordana and Macy We've been staying at the Premier Inn for the past couple of months now as we're away on work this has become our home away from home from the moment you step inside you are welcome by the most friendliest staff you have met you walk straight into the foyer to a clean tidy environment and the girls behind the desk with the friendly welcoming smile like you were long lost friends that you haven't seen in a while The rooms are spacious clean tidy and welcoming after a long day at work the beds are super comfy and I would be asking where I can buy one of the mattresses from as I actually look forward to coming back has the better more comfy than my own at home the bathrooms clean spacious with a lovely sized bath tub to soak away the stress of the day The bar / restaurant reusable price on the drinks and great selection of food on the menu even better prices you just can't go wrong say thank you to the whole team and especially again Macy and Jordana you are both accredit to the your team and make our long stays away from home fill better Thank you again Jordan
