駅からは坂道を20分ほど歩きます 部屋は広いですが、トイレとシャワーカーテンが臭うのでなんとも言えません 部屋の暖房も上手く使えず寒くて目が覚めました 寝るためだけならいいと思いますが廊下の音は凄く聞こえます

Perfect location in city centre, handy for buses along the Parade. Room was very comfy and quiet, everything I needed, stayed for 2 nights to visit family. Lovely friendly staff, have used this Travelodge many times over the years, highly recommend 👌

Two weeks ago, I booked a room at the Plymouth Travelodge for a few employees of mine that were working in the area. Firstly, one of the employees is physically disabled and the front desk staff were not helpful at describing the specific type of accessibility available on site (I asked if there was a roll-in/step free shower for a wheelchair user and was told 'there is a shower'). It was only when I contacted the Travelodge general accessibility team that I received that answer. I ended up putting this employee up in a different local hotel, the Copthorne, who had an incredibly kind and helpful staff. Then, I heard from one of my employees that on her final night in the hotel a random man entered her room with his keycard (presumably intended for a different room) at 1am wearing only his underpants. This was a young women travelling alone, obviously utterly appalling, not to mention frightening. My employee immediately went to the reception staff where she was told 'it happens sometimes'. If you are looking for a room that will be private and secure - the one thing every hotel should guarantee - DO NOT stay here. I have been in conversation with Travelodge about this issue and have received hardly any sympathy nor a proper solution, this is a huge violation and breach of trust.

Staff was so helpful specially . Abhi and Ian was amazing they helped me to book the room for another night . Room was clean . City centre is nearby , I stay here a lot of time , best place in Plymouth and it’s affordable as well , so fresh and well cleaned room .
