This is a Studio apartment, 336 sqft, that is located in a 3 family Victorian home built in 1900 but fuly renovated with modern conveniences. Private and shared entrances are available. This Studio is located on the 2nd floor; a 2nd Studio apartment is located downstairs with its own entrances and a 2 bedroom unit makes up the left side of the house and occupies 3 floors. A Staircase separates the studio apartments from the main house providing a nice sound barrier. This Studio has a Kitchenette, full bath, table to eat or work with 2 chairs, Queen size bed with drawers underneath to store your clothing, TV with Roku built in and high speed FIOS internet.
