Our overall stay was alright. We appreciated being allowed to check in an hour early and were given a nice room. The water dispenser outside the hotel was also a convenient touch for clean drinking water. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The fridge in the room was not working. Although the room was meant for three people, only two towels were provided. The TV came with Netflix, but it was slow, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable. The air-conditioning was extremely cold — even when we switched it off, the room still felt very chilly. On the positive side, we were impressed with the gym equipment, and we enjoyed the convenience of table tennis and the pool table. However, the room with the gym and pool table could use more furnishings or a touch of decoration to make it feel more welcoming. The swimming pool was fine, but there were no towels provided, so guests should be reminded to bring their own. Another highlight was the convenience of having the mall right below the hotel. It offered massage services, a hair salon, pedicure and manicure, shopping options, and even an indoor playground for children and Go karting. However, food choices were limited, and the Monday pasar malam was not very halal-friendly. The lobby area also tended to be busy and crowded. Overall, while the facilities around the hotel were convenient and enjoyable, the in-room experience could definitely be improved.

This hotel location is not so congested compared to ksl side where you got clusters of hotels and lots of traffic .is only about 5mins from CIQ .and price is reasonable compared to hotels nearby .also there is a ferry terminal to batam right in front .you can have a short transit or day trip to batam if you want to .overall is satisfactory .

Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak.

Hotel building is quite old but well maintained. Location is good, accessible to a lot of shopping places. Easy and convenient for Grab pickup! The breakfast was really very good spread, we all enjoyed it! But forgotten to take photos, oops.... We explored the gym and swimming pool after breakfast, would be planning to stay here again so that can enjoy the facilities.

Dura hasta las 10:00 y aún puede tomar toda su comida y sentarse hasta las 10:30:00. Quería conseguir la mantequilla salada y se informó que no hay ninguna dejada.  El personal le llamará a preguntar si desea tener un estancia de prórroga para otro día. El servicio es excelente y volverá a permanecer de nuevo.

I’m back again and everything about the stay continues to impress me but one thing i would like to highlight is about the clothes hanger. I was given the same room that i previously stayed and noticed that 2 of the clothes hanger went missing instead of 4 🤔 I informed the hotel front receptionist to have the clothes hanger replaced. I was told no issues and will get the clothes hanger delivered to the room but from the day i checked in to the day i checked out nothing was done 😩Anyway i was happy staying in the Z hotel 😊

We booked at the very last minute yet the service rendered was commendable. The room was ready in top notch condition despite the last minute booking, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The amenities and breakfast spread was perfect. Will definitely return again!

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

The location of the hotel is indeed a plus factor . The check in process was swift and the staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel room seem abit old with the water heater not able to discharge hot water . There is also insufficient of wall plug socket and the noise output from the air conditioner and for some time will feel the room very warming though there is no change in the temperature and was set at very low degree celsius . The wifi connection is not strong and will experience been cut off and need to sign in again, so best is to subscribe to own data roaming or buy local sim card . The gym facilities and equipment is just very basic and try to visit when no people if not might need to spend time waiting for available equipment fitness to use .

While I've always enjoyed my stays here, my most recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. The breakfast menu was wonderful, and the front desk team was as helpful as ever. However, there were two issues with my room that were concerning. First, I had a fall in the bathroom due to a slippery floor, which was missing a non-slip mat. I was lucky to only experience some minor pain in my knee and waist. Second, it appeared the room had not been properly reset for my arrival. The tissue box was left with only a small amount of tissues remaining, which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. I'm writing this in the hope that the hotel will take these comments to heart. A simple addition of non-slip mats and a more thorough pre-arrival check by housekeeping would make a huge difference.
