The location is superb, with various eateries around. Around 500m to a MCD and KFC. It’s also not too noisy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The toiletries provided were not sufficient, had to request from the reception for more. Some rooms also did not have a fridge. There were some flies in the room too.

We had a fantastic stay at Mosaic South Key! The accommodation was spacious and spotless, making our experience very comfortable. Louis, the guy from management, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We’re already looking forward to returning in January!

Fabuloso
MMizdhirahI recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is located in an area with relatively light traffic, which is a nice bonus, although it is a bit farther from some of the more popular tourist spots. However, there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, which provides convenience for shopping and dining.
As for halal eateries, I wasn't able to find many in the immediate area, but there is Woodfire, a restaurant just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which serves good food. The hotel service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and professional.
While the location may not be ideal for those who want to be close to major attractions, the peaceful environment and the convenience of nearby amenities make it a solid choice. I would certainly not mind visiting again.

EEmily22There’s no lift so had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby. No lift even at the lobby, have to climb stairs to get to room. Not suitable for elderly and those with wheelchair, huge luggage, prams, etc. There’s mosquitoes in the room and I got bitten. The aircon is inconsistent and not cold enough. Water dispenser only available at the lobby. No bottled water provided. The mattresses are so so only, not so comfortable. Towels worn out and not so good.

Las habitaciones son básicas, mínimas (como su nombre sugiere) pero confortables, aunque la protección del sonido podría mejorar, ya que algunos ruidos del corredor se escuchaban en algunas habitaciones. El hotel está situado en una zona de cerca de la ciudad, a unas pocas tiendas de café, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes, a sólo unos 3-5 minutos a pie. El hotel también cuenta con un taxi 30-minute o un viaje a Grab desde City Square JB, lo que le permite acceder a las principales atracciones.

CChu Chee LoongLocation and eatery are convenient. Room design is modern but toilet is inappropriate with the glass wall designed as a family room, except for some wear and tear and a cockroach to welcome us. Overall good stay experience and we even planned for next trip with Kyoto before we check out, until we met 10 Nov morning shift receptionist with attitude issue, and check out process is slow. Frontline service crew is important, what a ”good” start for my day while seeing the black face during check out.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel has 70+rooms. More than half of it are without window. The twin beds room seem alright. Its small but you get hair dryer, iron & board, kettle, 2 minerals water bottles. Working aircon and hot water. Able to watch free to air TV channels from Malaysia and Singapore.
Free simple breakfast include coffee, tea, powder orange juice, milk, cereal, white bread w toaster, jam and butter, water melon, orange, cherry tomato, lettuce, baked bean, hot dog, garlic bread, fries, spring roll, mini pau, mushrooms soup, porridge, fried rice, noodle.
Not enough, walk out to the coffeeshop behind the hotel, open by 7am.
Indeed, its time to change their set of towels and bed sheets etc, WORN out. Need improvement on this area. Those pictures displayed on booking websites seem like computer generated imagery.
Outdoor parking charges seem to be covered by the mgmt.
This hotel very suitable for running errands between banks as there are MORE than 10 foreign and local finance houses along Molek Utama.
Overall, happy to stay here again as the daily rate is attractive for what it offer currently.

MMilk707Always will book here if nearby hotel are getting too high. It’s a budget hotel . This time paid extra $2 to get a king size bed. Staff will help to carpark coupon if you pay him rm$3 for 3hours
