Muy lindo hotel

Pasamos diez días fantásticos en este hotel. Todo el personal era amable y servicial, la comida que servían en el bar era de gran calidad y siempre había muchas tumbonas alrededor de la piscina sin importar la hora del día en que fuéramos. No se andan con rodeos cuando se trata de romper las normas del hotel, especialmente cuando hacen ruido por la noche, lo cual es bueno porque no hay gente que te arruine el sueño. Este hotel tampoco está demasiado lejos de la acción, a 10-15 minutos a pie estarás en la Milla de Oro en Playa de las Américas. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí! Gracias

Went as a family of 5 children 6/13/14 warmly welcomed on arrival, the staff there was great bar staff was great, always clean and tidy got us taxis when needed came almost instantly. We all loved the pool and will definitely be going back. lovely local run shop two shops to left. That made my kids have to go in everyday to say hello. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off

Four of us stayed for 2 weeks and we had an amazing stay. We had an end, top floor apartment with a very large balcony overlooking the pool. Location was great for us as we enjoy the walk to the beach, which wasn’t that far; and it’s La Vista beach which is the best beach ever! Added bonus was being able to dine at our favourite restaurant ’Chouky’s’, oh my days their food is amazing and staff uber friendly - true gem. So the alcohol fuelled stagger home after mega food indulgence wasn’t onerous at all. The hotel was great, Sun loungers, pool side and water cleaned every day. Tip - make sure the lounger is dry before parking your bum; no one likes a soggy bottom! Pool bar was the best we’ve experienced. Staff sooo friendly and the food absolutely amazing, well worth the money. My daughter regularly ordered a burger which was huge, good quality meat and stacked full with extras. I was privileged to be offered a bite (one time only I must add) and oh my god it was a taste sensation - heaven in a bun. €1 deposit on drink cups, but you get your euro back when you return them. People did queue for sun beds but it wasn’t necessary, but always fun to watch. There were plenty of beds and never be afraid to move them about so your group are together. Our apartment was a one bedroom. It was roomy and light with all the amenities for self catering, although no freezer compartment so couldn’t store ice which meant we struggled with space in the fridge because we had to keep our bottled water in there as well as food. But we managed. Whatever you do, do not rely on the hairdryer in the bathroom. It’s archaic, like 1970s, and only provides a warm waft of air. Tip - take your own hairdryer. Plenty of plug sockets but always wise to pack an extension lead to accommodate charging of mobile phones, vapes, headphones etc. we definitely needed the extra plugs. The only downside we had was the sofa bed as my two teenagers found it hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. They struggled more and more the longer we were there. Obviously younger kids would be fine, but the older they get, not so much. But we didn’t have a choice of a two bedroom when we booked, so not much we could do. So, great hotel, great apartments, great location and great staff - massive shout out to the pool bar, we loved you guys! One last thing. The use of **** throughout the resort was rife. Everywhere. It’s was overpowering some nights and wouldn’t be surprised if we were high from inhaling the fumes whilst chilling on the balcony.

I have been a guest here for 7 yrs consecutively, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning again! The positives first . The staff are second to none the cleaning staff are wonderful and very friendly and the bar staff are fantastic especially tommy and lucy . The rooms are basic but spotless and the pool area is great! But and it's a big but they changes that have accured here are not for the better . This used to be a family style hotel with no big groups allowed. Now all it is, is groups of hens and stags and young people who have no manners. The place constantly smells of **** and the noise levels at night are disgraceful. There was never a need for security staff here as it was a family hotel now there are security staff going around thinking they are the guardia civil ! The whole atmosphere is gone from around the pool area. we had great fun over the years, not now. If you speak too loudly, you're told off like a child. We are in our 50's and have never caused any trouble here and never would but we were treating like children for speaking too loudly ! Charging the young people a deposit of €30 isn't good enough that's nothing to the cost of the rooms to be fixed when wrecked by them . The bar menu also changed and not for the better the food is over priced and not as good as it was before.We absolutely loved coming here yearly but unfortunately don't think we'll be returning unless the hotel changes drastically !

Nightmare.. where to begin. I had a 4 day booking. They started off by putting me in a ground floor room with no windows, and no aircon.. in the 30 degree Tenerife heat. Got 2hrs sleep that night. They provide a portable air con for a 20 euro fee, but it's one of those with a tube that needs to let heat outside, which you can't do on the ground floor as you need to close the door as all the doors face the public pool.. A third of their rooms are on the ground floor.. I'm sure all those other rooms were suffering too. On to the next day, woken up rudely the next morning, at which point decided to leave. No help cancelling or getting a refund for the remaining 3 days - they will come up with every excuse and reason not to help you - and they also forgot to give me back the 30 euro cash safety deposit they charge at check in (which you have to withdraw from the overpriced ATM inside that charged a 6 euro fee). No WiFi either - you have to pay 5 euros a day for it. They offered to refund one night - which I accepted - lo and behold when I called up chasing up on this they suddenly have no memory of this. If you want to stay at a place with no windows, rude men at reception (this place seems to have exclusively male receptionists), and be stuck in the middle of 18 year olds who are only there as the hotel allows 4 teenagers in a room, or old Brits shouting to the loud typically British music blasting morning to night at the bar in the middle of all the rooms (think freed from desire by Gala, sweet Caroline etc morning to night), then this is your place. If your neither of those two demographics, there's plenty of better places for the price. The location isn't amazing either - probably equally far from the nearest beaches of las americas and las vistas. By far the worst place I stayed at in my 2 month stay in Tenerife. Wish someone had left a review like this - would've saved so much hassle
