Great times
River Place to come back to after being on the water all day for multiple days at a time to be able to feel a hug. Have a home-cooked meal good night sleep and a good shower. Everything was as advertised.

Super clean and comfortable
Best house we’ve stayed at in Venice so far! Very clean, great water pressure and hot water and AC did amazing. These are things that not all houseboats we’ve used could do. The covered deck was a great place to hang out. Will be coming back next year!!

Great place
The houseboat was large and very well maintained. There were 4 of us in our group and we way more room than we needed. I have stayed at other houseboats in Venice in the past and this one was very nice.

Great spot for fishing
Great place to stay for our fishing trip. Very convenient for those leaving out of venice marina. Nicely equipped. Ice machine was great.

Tuna Town
Great stay this was our second year at this property. Very convenient for pickup by boat, nice cleaning table, ice machine working well. Owner very responsive for issue with propane and door entry code. 100% will stay again and recommend.

Stayed to duck hunt
Stayed here to duck hunt and fish, very roomy and nice houseboat. We had 4 people and all stayed comfortable. Check in process was smooth

Great location and perfect for guided fishing trip
The location is great, check-in process was easy, kitchen supplies available and the overall layout of the house was good, but there were some issues.
The floors were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, no seating on the back porch because the table was broken and the towels smelled bad.
But, even with all the issues we found, we would consider staying here again because of the convenience, and I have a feeling most of the other places would have similar issues.

no where to sit
towels and washcloths had weird odor, no live tv , no where to sit on deck as picnic tables is very rickety
