Bridgeway Hotel

This is a very nice and clean hotel that offers and good quiet nights sleep. We only spent one night while traveling through the area but would have been very comfortable staying multiple nights. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed our stay there.

Friendly staff - a real pleasure. A small hotel, very clean and comfortable, reasonable rates and a very good continental breakfast. The renovations were done very well. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are travelling in, or travelling through Placentia Nfld, this is the place to stay. Our room was clean, quiet and totally updated. Location is central to the town and the harbour. The continental breakfast had a good variety of offerings with flexible hours. The highlight of our visit was the warm welcome we received from Rita and Tondra. They also had great suggestions and information about the local area. It was delightful to chat with them throughout our stay. True Newfoundland hospitality!

Easy to find, conveniently located for our journey, the staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed (great pillows!), and felt freshly decorated. Continental breakfast was included in our reservation and provided a good range of items to choose from, in a bright and very relaxed breakfast room. Their website is undergoing updating and I hope it will lead to more visitors for them.
