Popilia Country Resort

"We were a group of 28. We spent three nights at the resort. The food and grounds were great, but we were not treated well by the staff. First, several of us made dinner reservations for the garden patio, and we were told all of those tables were reserved for others, despite confirmation. The most problematic issue was one of the rooms was infested with ants. For three days we struggled with staff to address the issue. They never got rid of the ants and refused to provide a different room. The last night that couple had to bunk with other travelers because of the problem. Very disappointing because this could be a wonderful spot. It was miserable for the couple in the room with the ants, and the staff did little to nothing to help."

"Mi hija y yo tuvimos una estupenda estancia y sólo podemos recomendar el hotel. El personal fue muy amable y útil. El transbordador a la playa fue muy bien organizado y funcionó perfectamente. El desayuno es muy agradable en la terraza de ropa sueñada. Las habitaciones estaban modernas, muy bien equipadas y muy cómodas. En total, todo se ha adaptado – ¡Nos gusta volver! 😊"

"My husband and I stayed at the Pietre Bianche Residence from the end of August to the first week of September, we had a great time, a splendid place, clean rooms, swimming pool and beach equipped with gazebos and umbrellas. Managed by Francesco, a young boy, who welcomed us and was able to satisfy all our needs with kindness, patience and professionalism. We had full board and at the restaurant by Giuseppe and Eleonora, we ate very well. We thank all the staff at the Residence, for having pampered us during our stay, with the promise of being able to see each other again next year. Simonetta and Angelo"

"A beautiful B&B with very friendly staff. The sea is about 300 m away. Breakfast is slightly, but ok. Rooms good, was completely cleaned every 2 days by a wonderful and very friendly lady. A car is needed if you want to explore the environment. Recommended."
