Logierait Pine Lodges

Wow, what can I say about the lodge we stayed in. It was absolutely brilliant! We go to the Enchanted Forest every year and last year we decided to stay at a hotel in the centre of Pitlochry. Needless to say we were very disappointed & decided to look elsewhere for this year. I found Logierait Lodges on a random google search and decided to give them a try. Without a doubt this will be where we stay every year when we go back to the Enchanted Forest! Huge rooms, brilliant facilities, very quiet and wonderfully clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

These lodges had everything we needed to enjoy our wee getaway. We rented a 2 bedroom and we and our children were very comfortable. Place was clean and had mostly everything we needed to self cater for ourselves. Parking was included and location was ideal for darting about verious places in the Highlands. We didn't encounter the staff very much but any communication we did have was friendly and helpful. This place is great for any family trip.

A lovely well equipped lodge next to the River Tay. Management were really helpful and friendly . Comfortable beds and everything you need to make you feel at home . Pet friendly with some stunning walks . We will definitely be returning later this year

Visited here with Mum,daughter,grandaughter 4 generations break. We'll what a lovely weekend, would highly recommend and only 5 miles to Pitlochry. If you are looking for nice and quiet these are situated next to the Logierate Inn, thos is no longer operating as a bar/restaurant. Place is clean, well equipped and all you need for a break away. Plenty hot water and fab heating system. When leaving they ask you to strip your beds, which is fine and leave it tidy, not alot to ask. Only thing I would suggest from the owners is maybe a bath mat for inside the bath as they are quite slippery especially if elderly. Mattresses on single beds maybe need a mattress topper as that was my only gripe, not comfy, well for me and my mum who is 80. Overall I would defo go back to stay, keep up good work it was lovely.

Overdue review of these lodges. Have been twice now (in the last 10 months) and love the location. So handy for touring and very dog friendly. A lovely walk on the doorstep over the old viaduct. Behind the lodges 2 mins in the car on the old road to Pitlochry are fabulous woods. We loved the view of the old curling pond. The lodges have parking alongside and last time we had the accessible lodge which was fabulous for the oldies in the family with the wet room shower. Always warm and welcoming and we have found them to be very clean. After a 4 hour drive it’s nice to arrive to a warm and welcoming lodge, with a bottle of fizz and tea and coffee. Nice location and lovely balconies with super cute ducks each morning. Staff really helpful and friendly. Although just off a road we slept like logs and heard no traffic noise. Good communication on booking and helpful information if requested. Service station and cafe at Ballinluig - less than 5 mins in the car excellent for brekkie or other meals. Treat yourself to a fab hot chocolate at Grandtully at the Highland Chocolatier. Many fab cafes in Pitlochry that are dog friendly as well as Dunkeld. Will be returning soon for a third visit!

Really lacking utensils, no grill tray, no oven trays, no wooden spoons, only 2 saucepans! The dish washer door was broken, the cooker worked but had no markings on the oven so you didn't know what temperature you were setting it at! Our lodge was cold, but we were able to get a heater! No hairdryers in the lodge you could borrow from the 'cupboard ' at the laundry! There was only a hand brush and shovel so not easy to clean before leaving the accommodation! The people running the site are lovely, friendly and very helpful and helped where and when they could! The location is okay and would obviously be better if the Inn was open! Unfortunately it's closed so you have to take the car everytime you wanted to go out for a meal or shopping in Pitlochry itself!
