Exceeding aspirations over execution. This is a "Resort" predestined by location, concept and price to the premium category, unfortunately the execution is at the level of private accommodation. Why? Here are some key points. 1) The rooms in the new cottages were decorated by a person who has not even spent a night in them. It's hard to sleep because the wifi access point is hung centrally over the bed and the blue light interferes with sleep. At dawn (before 5am), the room is completely bright - the light comes in and through the curtain, which is not blackout, and through the triangular glass over the terrace window, which is not covered in any way. In addition, the curtain rods are too short. The pillows are a nightmare for a dozen zlotys, from some chain store. Lack of basic equipment - there is no fridge, safe, glasses, or tiny coffee maker in the rooms. This type of devices are common for 4* facilities. 2) Some of the new cottages are rented despite the fact that the surroundings unfinished - to get to them you walk in the sand. It is a pity that the facility does not inform about this before booking. 3) breakfasts poor, such for 3+. Little choice, not good coffee 4) restaurant service is cool, although the kitchen is slow and the waiters are sluggish - you wait a long time even for drinks 5) location and lake great, but this does not make up for the inflated standard. 6) strange behavior of hotel managers. At the time of check-out, after I paid for my stay, I asked to speak to a competent person about my comments on the stay. Everything I wrote above, I wanted to present to the managers and find out what the response of the hotel would be. The response of the lady manager was arrogant. I only heard that "other guests do not mind" and that the rooms were decorated by the owners. And I cared about a simple "apology", possibly getting information on whether any changes are planned in the future. Of course, there was no question of an apology.
