"I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel. First the women at the reception told me I had to pay again while I payed online already the full amount. After there was something with my pasport so they took many pictures of in and started sending it to other people through there online platforms. After telling her I was not comfortable with that she looked like I asked her to do a something impossible. Eventually they kept my pasport for another 30 min. In the meanwhile I wanted to take a shower and wash my hair to discover there was not enough water to do so. And if that was not making me feel uncomfortable yet, the wifi did not function while I specifically requested a room with great and fast wifi connection. After telling the reception these issues two people (once a man/once a women) came to check the wifi to conclude there was a network malfunction and I would have to wait until the next day, which is very inconvenient when you only stay one night. The room itself was really big, hard to regulate the temperature but it was at least clean."
