Beautiful home in Largo Florida about 15-20 Clearwater Beach. (15-20 min is the average time for us to get there. If you are going on a busy day it will take longer to get there due to traffic.) Take time home away to relax in the comfort of this vacation home and be at ease while you spend time with your family. Peaceful and centrally-located. This home has no neighbor behind it and direct private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl. Pool is not heated or caged. Though we have weekly pool service on Tuesdays, we do get leaves falling in there daily. There are some pool toys and an outdoor shower available for use.
Though we offer whole house cooling/heating. Each bedroom also has it's own personal heating / cooling system for individual comfort. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).No pets on beds/furniture. Must be house trained..About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.You are responsible for your own kid(s) safety..About customRules:No smoking in the home or on the property. $1,000 cleaning will be assessed if there’s smoking. Additional rules will be sent after booking confirmed..No parties or events.
