Grecotel LUXME White

Absolutely amazing. We absolutely adore The Grecotel hotels. We had the most amazing room I could not fault the cleanliness of the whole resort. The food was sensational. From the chocolates to the crepes to the sushi and traditional dishes. The customer service was 5 star. We are now booking another Grecotel to experience the 5star service all over again. A few of my work team have already returned after us shouting about it for months.

Our stay at Luxury White Palas exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere exudes calmness and elegance, with impeccable cleanliness and refined aesthetics. The staff was polite, discreet, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. We felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout our stay, which made the experience truly special. Enjoying the sunset from the terrace, with a glass of white wine and a plate of excellent sushi, is a memory we will always cherish. An ideal destination for anyone seeking relaxation, quality, and authentic hospitality.

Myself and my partner had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel LuxMe White for our friend’s wedding. We have never done any kind of all inclusive holiday as we prefer to experience local culture and feel we risk missing out on that with all inclusive. However, the way they have balanced things is just right - the inclusion of the Agreco Farm tour and meal was the highlight of our stay and Tavernaki was our favourite restaurant. Highly recommend both of these! Being around 15 mins drive to Rethymon also made us feel like we got to explore and sightsee a bit too whilst fully immersing myself in the relaxation of the hotel and pool/beach areas. The private beach and pool areas were so lovely. It was so special being able to go swimming in the sea whenever we felt like it. My partner and I are big foodies and have heard mixed reviews about all inclusive in the past so were a bit worried in case the quality wasn’t great but we were so so pleasantly surprised!! From the freshness of the salads in the buffet at lunch to the variety in the restaurants to wine tasting in the wine library was amazing. I also really appreciated how careful and knowledgeable all staff were about allergies - I have a gluten allergy and felt so safe eating at all the vendors in the hotel. The wine list was amazing and we got to sample lovely Greek organic wine and the quality of the cocktails were very good - highly recommend the paloma or pina colada! I left this hotel feeling truly relaxed, spoilt and taken care of thanks to the incredible hospitality team, reception staff and housekeeping team. I can’t thank you enough. I honestly have no complaints - my only comment would be that I wish I had known a bit earlier about the pre-booking of restaurants as we found it quite hard to book once we arrived and didn’t manage to eat at the fine dining restaurant or the Italian in the evening. I’d recommend anyone going to download the Grecotel app and either email or WhatsApp the hotel at least a week ahead and book into any of the a la carte restaurants you want, including Agreco Farms.

We chose White Palace as we wanted to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday as a family. It completely surpassed our expectations in every way and we have all come home totally relaxed. Our Granddaughters (aged 2 and 5) loved the Kids Pool and adjoining Kids Club whilst our adult children made full use of the gym, yoga and pilates. The A La Carte restaurants were all outstanding and the wine choices were excellent. Personally, I had never really been a lover of the All Inclusive concept but White Palace has totally changed my mind. Nothing was too much trouble - we were totally pampered.

Spot on in every way. The staff from the top to the bottom could do no more. There's a pool supervisor who prevents pool loungers from being reserved before 10.30, which works well, meaning that whenever we went to the pool there were spare loungers. Shame other hotels don't do the same, and never heard anyone complain about it, because it worked well. Ate in the restaurants, but did prefer the buffet with a bottle of Greek wine every night.
