This was our third stay at this hotel. We were there for a marble show. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing. The water view from every room is great. The hotel is off the main roads so it is also very quiet. Very nice breakfast. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. You can tell the owners/manager cares about cleanliness which is most important to us when choosing a hotel. Very quiet location also and conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast area was very well maintained and had good variety. Keep up the good work.

Very pleased with our stay! Clean, well equipped rooms with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, etc. Great breakfast bar. Friendly staff at check in & especially at breakfast & check out in the morning-they are so sweet & attentive! Great location & so nice on the river. Will be back!!!

We booked this hotel last minute as we were just passing through. I just wanted to put a quick review here for anybody looking. Dwight at the front desk, was fantastic and super helpful. I just wanted to recognize him. The hotel room was very clean, spacious and had a little balcony with a view of the stream? in the back that was very buggy at night but very nice. Had a fireplace as well. It was perfect for what we needed and if you had kids with you, big enough. I would absolutely stay here again. We were on a cross country road trip and this was a definite surprise in the middle of all our stays.

If you are looking for a clean, friendly and comfortable place to stay away from the bustle of Gatlinburg, this is your place. Rooms are lovely—all with gas fireplaces and river views—there’s hot breakfast every morning and the staff is awesome. 100% would book again!

We went to rest and relax after months of stress. This gem sits a little off the quieter end of the parkway. Each time we entered our room, we opened the door of the balcony and let the fresh air and the sound of the river in. There was a rainstorm one night, and we discovered there is nothing quite like hearing the rain falling on the river - so soothing. The room was very spacious; we didn’t feel as if we were crowded. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was adequate for our needs, with several hot and cold choices. The rooms and the whole of the hotel…from grounds to lobby, was super clean. We’re already planning our next visit to the area, at this hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. We almost stayed an extra night. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and the brook side balcony added to an already great experience and atmosphere. We are planning our next Pigeon Forge family trip and will definitely be lodging here.
