LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection

Tennessee trip The room was very nice beds were comfortable 1 problem i had they did not honor my request for the top floor

The property was clean and maintained well. Cons: room we stayed in was dark and dated. Breakfast was pretty much normal hotel breakfast, but the staff refilled as needed.

Last Minute Save My original reservation was not with LeConte Hotel & Convention Center. I had issues accessing my original rental so I had to get a hotel last minute, late at night. Made the reservation online, showed up to the hotel minutes later. LeConte Hotel & Convention had my reservation, room was ready with amenities I needed. The front desk receptionist was amazing! Seriously, I really appreciated her customer service.

My only complaint is that the chemicals in the pool/hot tub were so strong that it changed the color of my swim suit.

Great place to stay!! Always clean and very quiet,Off the main road. Indoor and outdoor pool and lazy river outside also. Breakfast is good 👍 Staff is friendly..

Friendly and clean Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, snacks were well stocked. The pool looked good but we weren’t able to go to the pool. The room was very nice and was extremely clean. I spilled something on the floor and wiped it up and used a rag to wipe around the area and the rag was clean like I had never touched it. I was very impressed because most hotels aren’t that clean. The room was nice and the little kitchenette had a pot, pan and a few utensils so if you plan to use the kitchen, bring some items to use. Lighting could have been better and they would benefit having EV charging stations
