Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa by Tolani

El listado del hotel muestra que el hotel fue renovado en 2024, pero solo se actualizó 1 de los 5 edificios. Pedí que me cambiaran a una nueva habitación y me dijeron que esperara hasta mañana. El equipo de limpieza no llegó hasta las 3:00 p. m., mientras yo estaba de regreso en la habitación, les pedí que regresaran más tarde. A las 6:00 p. m. llamé a la recepción y me dijeron que el equipo de limpieza ya se había ido, aunque todavía estaban en el pasillo. Los trabajadores de la recepción no son amigables con los clientes y necesitan recibir capacitación nuevamente. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamé a la recepción y nadie apareció. Volví a llamar después de una hora, finalmente vino el personal de mantenimiento y me dijo que necesitaban que saliera de la habitación durante 1 hora para reparaciones a las 10:00 p. m., finalmente me cambiaron a una habitación diferente.

I had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeper name Mae, really did a good job to my room. It was spotless clean and smell nice everytime we came back from our tour/activity. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help - especially the staff name Ngo! I came with my 12 year old son. When i had to urgently grab something from the 7/11 store nearby, my son still wanted to swim at the swimming pool. I asked Ngo to help me lookout for my son. He willingly helped me by running back and forth the concierge, attending to guest and swimming pool, to lookout for my son. I was so pleased with him and I even looked for him at the resort upon checkout, just to tip him and thank him before leaving. My son was very happy throughout the entire stay here. He enjoyed the 2 big swimming pools especially! Appreciated the smooth check-in process when we arrived at late night. The bed is so comfy and im always ready to jump on it after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. They provide shuttle service to patong beach. Must book in advance. Well most importantly, I feel safe here. All the staff know us and I dont have to worry of my son roaming around on his own at the resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this!

Buffet breakfast is ok. Came with the room. Not sure I would actually pay extra for it. Pools are nice. Staff are pleasant. You can walk to the beach. Only real complaint was about noise coming from the room next door and people talking loudly in the hall at 3am

Excellent services during the visit, very welcoming and friendly staff, the staff helped me a lot during the rainy date. The pool is wonderful with good view and music. The hotel is also close to nearby shopping mall and food court

Good Hotel, Value money. Good room. Unique design. Some water in Terrace not drain when raining. Good service from staffs.Love it ❤️
