I am utterly appalled by the experience I've had with Trip.com and Villa Isawan in Phuket. After suffering from food poisoning and in desperate need of rest, we booked Villa Isawan only to find that despite numerous attempts, we could not contact the hotel by phone. Stranded with nowhere to go, we reached out to Trip.com to cancel our reservation, only to be met with the outrageous policy that if u wanna checkin must be made three days in advance, and making a refund impossible.
This entire ordeal has left me completely disillusioned with Trip.com. It is evident that there is absolutely no protection for consumers on your platform, and this feels like nothing short of a scam targeting tourists. Rest assured, I will be taking to Twitter to share every detail of this harrowing experience with my followers. Surprise, Trip.com - I am an influencer, and I will make sure everyone knows how you treat your customers.
This is not just unacceptable; it is a disgrace. Trip.com, you have lost a customer forever, and I will make sure others are warned about your deplorable practices.
