No hay funda de almohada y ni siquiera puedes conseguir una en la recepción.
Hojas partidas. La higiene es muy pobre. El servicio fue muy pobre. El medio ambiente es muy pobre.
Los botes de champú y gel de ducha son exactamente iguales a los que se reciclan del desguace.

The woman receptionist was rude and doesn’t know English at all. We didn’t have bahts for deposit but she insisted that we should do it right now and didn’t want us to check in and after that go change money and bring a deposit. So disappointed. We had a night flight and were tired. Eventually the man who speaks English let us check in and bring deposit later.

Holes in the ceiling with mold. The most uncomfortable bed. Service at desk was rude. No tiler paper refills. Air condition barely worked.

It was a great experience to be in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 bottle of water inside and a functioning fridge. The air conditioning functions perfectly. Only in the bathroom it was not present.

Отель находится в удалении от цивилизации) Вроде до моря не далеко, но как то на отшибе. Поесть нужно прям идти. Назад возвращаешься в горку. Бронировали 2 номера, при заселении взяли залог 2000 бат за номер!!! Лифта нет, попросили помочь с багажом, долго не хотел тащить! В номере начались сюрпризы: телевизор только рябил, пульт без крышки, в ванной комнате отвалился душ, во втором номере развалился смеситель. Все ооочень старое и прогнившее! Матрасы - это прям отдельная тема! Они очень жесткие и пружины все чувствуются и скрипят так что просыпаешься ночью! На балконе с кондера течет вода - повесили рубашку, утром была еще мокрее чем вечером! И да! Отель сменил название! Вывод: НЕ рекомендую. Поищите что то другое. Хотя цена на этот отель была совсем не маленькая, за эти деньги можно найти что то гораздо лучшее.
Один + бассейн чистый. И да! Номера с выходом на бассейн находятся где то под лестницей. Короче - фу!
Мы жили на 3 и 4 этажах. Шум с улицы ужасный

Минусы:
-нет лифта, с ребенком и чемоданом на пятый этаж.
-прям над номером над головой целый рой антен связи. Это излучение. Также прям в метре от балкона тоже столб с этими всякими штуками, от которых может быть излучение.
-залог 2000 бат и в номере есть парус лист за порчу имущества. Возьмут даже за пятна на полотенце. И за бутылки воды)) но мы аккуратно переночевали и нам вернули залог)
-завтрак невкусный. Лучше брать без завтрака номер. Я его докупала за 200 бат, это того не стоит, вкуснее бы в 711 поела
-местоположение в глубине карона, не сильно далеко, но идти не очень комфортно по обочинам с коляской.
