La ubicación es buena. La playa de Patong está al otro lado de la calle, pero el servicio es básicamente inexistente. Es similar al de las cadenas de comida rápida nacionales. El gimnasio y la piscina se comparten con el hotel de al lado.

Location was great, staff friendly and value for money for the 3 nights that we stayed. The hotel and room were clean. The street smelt quite bad in the mornings but went away pretty quickly. There's an exchange kiosk on the same road with good rates. Beds and pillows were hard.

I like this hotel. It's my second time staying here. Location is great. room even though it didn't really have a window was good. My only moan is that our room was near the lift and it bloody ding dongs all night long I did mention it but we were only there for a couple of nights so not worth moving rooms any longer and I would have.

So So Self services Good for the price The improvements-thing its close to patong Also its the same location for bannliami Hotel. I think in the future it will be the same level for other hotels. Staff respectable , helpful They try to keep customers happy

Beautiful place. Very close to the beach. -The staff are very nice and accommodating. They let us leave the luggage at the reception before and after checkout so that we could make the most of our time. -It's a beautiful area, with super clean streets even though it is mostly packed with tourists. -It is within walking distance of many amazing restaurants, nightlife, markets, and malls. - Even though on the main road, the noise does not get into the room allowing you to sleep comfortably. - My favourite - Breakfast Buffet ＜3 - The restaurant attached also offers great food, and great music at night and the staff are super awesome. One of them (named Param) gave us free ice cream and was helpful throughout the dinner.

Very nice and clean Hotel, staff was very cooperative and polite. Good housekeeping was maintained in all areas, veey nice and beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious and well maintained toiletries and facilities. Very close to Patong beach. Location is ideal for spending days in Patong beach are. All amenities are nearby. Few hundred feet away feom main road so you are close by but without traffic sound.

I checked-in on April 18 and asked for a refund immediately within an hour. The hotel's air-conditioning system was not working and apparently has not been functioning properly since the last couple of weeks or so. The temperature is fixed at 27 degrees Celsius. The reception staff was kind enough to refund my payment and offer me a room in another bigger hotel (Baan Laimai) attached to Bandalo at the same rate.
