Step inside to the welcoming open concept kitchen, dining and living room. This entire area looks out toward the preserve view. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of counter space and has a great breakfast bar for family and friends to gather while meal prep is underway. There is a full sized laundry room off the kitchen and leads to the garage. This garage has only one space available for parking under cover. There is plenty of room in the driveway or on the street for other cars.
The living room and dining room have a special style that you are sure to enjoy. The super comfy sofa also is a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping.
