I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

Opened in 2023, the SF HOTEL is a great accommodation choice in Phnom Penh. The hotel is conveniently located just 5km from PP Railway Station and 12km from Phnom Penh International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, Statue of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk and Wat Langka all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

Queríamos un lugar donde pasar la noche antes de nuestro vuelo y estaba ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación tenía un buen precio y estaba limpia. Las camas eran suaves y se proporcionaba pasta de dientes, acondicionador, etc.
El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos (la hora de salida es un mediodía generoso) y hay varias piscinas que puedes usar. Mi hijo disfrutó de la mesa de billar y del ping-pong. El lugar está bien atendido y muy limpio en todas partes. Se parece a sus fotos en Trip.
No encontramos el área local más amplia particularmente atractiva, y pasamos un tiempo buscando un restaurante que no estuviera donde Trip Advisor dijo que estaría. Al final comimos en el restaurante del hotel (arroz frito con pollo y bol de espagueti) y ambos estuvieron bien.

KKongkiat AdhitdhirananThe hotel was gorgeous!!! Highly recommend to book this for your next trip. The location was right to the Royal palace, by the river. You can take a nice view from riverside room and also on the hotel’s roof top bar. The design is kind of modern quiet luxury. The staff were very attentive from the front door, the cafe, front desk, at the bar, the housekeepers and at the breakfast. You guys were so amazing. The room was spotless, nice design, the bedding was so comfy. The room condition was so brand new. It’s worth staying. Again highly recommend.

We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

Las habitaciones están limpias, las vistas son geniales y el precio es razonable, lo que hace que este sea un hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
Quizás por eso, la recepción siempre está abarrotada. La recepción es pequeña en comparación con la cantidad de habitaciones, por lo que el check-in y el check-out demoran un poco. Ojalá el personal se esforzara más, pero también me gustaría que contrataran a más personal.

La habitación era amplia y tenía un balcón donde podía fumar.
El personal también fue muy agradable.
Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba.
Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación.
No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

Disfruto mucho de la vista de la ciudad desde la mañana y también del atardecer, cuando los colores empiezan a cambiar. Aunque Phnom Penh es mi ciudad natal, sigue siendo fascinante ver cómo crece de vez en cuando.
Este es el lugar para recargarme de energía zen. La meditación vespertina y los estiramientos matinales en un estudio con dormitorio con cama tamaño queen son el espacio justo para hacerlo todo. La pequeña y encantadora cocina y un refrigerador más fresco, obviamente nuevos, también son fáciles de preparar comidas dietéticas saludables en solo un minuto. Lo que podría pedir más sería un poco más limpio que esto, ya que a veces en el compartimento de los estantes todavía hay polvo y pequeños restos de madera contrachapada. Es muy posible que provengan de la construcción de un cajón que no se limpió lo suficiente después de la construcción.
También disfruto mucho de la decoración del baño. Pequeño y conveniente. Me encanta la puerta corrediza que deja más espacio para este tipo de pequeño estudio.
La ubicación es la mejor para todo, a poca distancia a pie, si alguien busca la vida en la ciudad. También hay buenas vistas de monumentos independientes y el río, a poca distancia caminando hacia el ferry, es donde puedes cruzar a Chroychangva o Areyakat, que pueden brindar otro estilo de vida diferente al del centro de la capital.
La piscina está bien, se ve lo suficientemente bien para nadar, de alguna manera no hay mucha sombra en caso de que quieras nadar durante el día, ya que puede hacer mucho calor. La vista también está bien, ya que el vidrio por todas partes es transparente y no está limpio, por lo que difícilmente se puede ver la mejor vista. Es posible que se deba al polvo y la lluvia en estos días de la temporada.
En general, el valor del precio de la habitación es aplicable, ya que el servicio también es bastante limitado y el personal es amable en el vestíbulo para ayudar con cualquier cosa. No hay servicio telefónico en la habitación que pueda verificar o solicitar algo. Definitivamente recomendaría tener una lista de cosas que pueda necesitar para que el personal lo ayude y preguntarles, son muy rápidos y serviciales.
El servicio de limpieza se realiza todos los días a las 9:30 a. m. Si no hay un cartel de no molestar, solicítelo o llamarán a la puerta hasta que no responda y entrarán a la habitación para limpiarla. Hasta ahora, este es un lugar muy seguro, no se quedará encerrado en la habitación solo, ya que el personal de limpieza vendrá todos los días si no tiene un cartel.
La lavadora es muy útil y el pequeño carrete de pared también es lo suficientemente bueno para secar la ropa. Seguramente volveré a quedarme aquí para mi próxima escapada de fin de semana en la ciudad de Phnom Penh.
