Es la primera vez que vengo aquí, el diseño general es de muy alta calidad, hay muchas luces sensibles al movimiento en la habitación, es muy considerado, pero una de las luces sensibles al movimiento está en la puerta, la luz está frente al cama, y una persona se levanta para ir al baño o algo así, definitivamente tocará la lámpara somatosensorial. Si otra persona es sensible a la luz, definitivamente afectará la calidad del sueño. Esta es una pequeña deficiencia en mi opinión personal, pero las otras partes estan bastante bien

Overall a comfortable and great value stay! The view from the room was amazing, I loved seeing the sun rise or watch the sky turn dark as the city lit up.
As long as you're not too freaked out by the small cockroaches that will come out at night. Anyway I solved the issue by buying ”trap a roach” kits from Mr DIY at AEON mall, it was highly effective.
Self service washing machine, microwave and toaster oven available at level 29. The swimming pool, steam room and gym was amazing at level 39. Note you are not allowed to wear the bath robe there, you need to be covered in your own clothes and change there. You need a separate access card to enter. Note u can change lifts at level 3A from the mall to reach level 28/29 too. There is a convenient Chinese supermarket at the ground floor of the mall, and you can easily get many things. Food delivery has to be collected from the ground floor, as building security won't allow them to go up, but not an issue. Remember to hang housekeeping tag outside the door if you want them to clean the room.

I love this hotel. Located not far from many popular attraction and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is very friendly and was able to communicate using English. They were very pleasant and always smiling. Also, they were very helpful. The superior room with city view was lovely. It had a full size fridge, a water dispenser, a microwave, hair dryer, table, king size bed, tv, kettle, lots of storage, water heater, full size mirror and a vanity size mirror. The room was very clean. No molds in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean, white and smelled very good. Rooms are cleaned every day which includes changing of sheets and towels.
The hotel has enough amenities for a stay in holiday. The pools on the 13th and 39th floor are beautiful. These floors also has a steam room and gym available from 7am to 9pm. The entire place was clean and all workers greeted me with a smile. There is also a reading room, game room and a playground on the 13th floor.
If you stay at this hotel for long, you don’t have to worry about dirty laundry as this service is free of cost. If that’s not a good bargain, I don’t know what is! This apart from the fact that my stay was for 5 days and 4 nights and my total was less than US$100 for the entire stay. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You’re able to see the city/ river. When it rains it’s just so beautiful. I was lucky enough to watch a beautiful firework activity taking place during my stay. Overall, I very lovely time spent at this hotel and I definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh and I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10

Este hotel es realmente bueno. La habitación es bastante grande y cómoda. Muy limpio. El baño ofrece toallas, pantalones, champú, gel de ducha, toallas y secador de pelo. El personal es super amigable y realmente útil, el servicio es excelente. La recepción 24/7, por lo que no hay problema con la entrada tardía o la salida temprana. Los supermercados y los pequeños restaurantes están cerca. El desayuno está incluido y muy bueno. Hay opciones de desayuno de estilo camboyano y occidental (ver fotos), se excluye el café. Un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad/zona turística, pero sigue bien. Valor increíble. Recomiendo definitivamente este hotel

It's important to note that the excellence in service extends beyond Mr Pattya to the entire staff at Capri Phnom Penh. From the friendly greetings at the entrance to the attentive service in the restaurant and bar, every team member played a role in making our stay memorable.
The restaurant and bar, with their stunning views and live music from Thursday to Saturday, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience. The ambiance created by the live music complemented the already pleasant atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

TTW2024Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.

ZzoslynneA nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast not a wide spread but definitely sufficient. They also served hot porridge per order. We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoAn unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.
