The Snowbell Hotel is the result of joint efforts by three young professionals - a designer, a financier and a hospitality professor, who have worked for the entire year of 2018 in bringing pieces of hand-sketch into reality.
The hotel occupies a total of two high floors(28th and 29th) within the landmark Bridge SOHO tower, making it one of the best in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a bird’s eye view of the capital city, and Mekong river. The building also comprises of the highest swimming pool in the country. Located on the 39th floor, it is the perfect one to cool down and relax after a day out or start your day wet. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

Queríamos un lugar donde pasar la noche antes de nuestro vuelo y estaba ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación tenía un buen precio y estaba limpia. Las camas eran suaves y se proporcionaba pasta de dientes, acondicionador, etc.
El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos (la hora de salida es un mediodía generoso) y hay varias piscinas que puedes usar. Mi hijo disfrutó de la mesa de billar y del ping-pong. El lugar está bien atendido y muy limpio en todas partes. Se parece a sus fotos en Trip.
No encontramos el área local más amplia particularmente atractiva, y pasamos un tiempo buscando un restaurante que no estuviera donde Trip Advisor dijo que estaría. Al final comimos en el restaurante del hotel (arroz frito con pollo y bol de espagueti) y ambos estuvieron bien.

I had the pleasure of staying at the NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. This luxurious resort and casino offer the perfect blend of world-class accommodations, entertainment, and dining, making it the ideal place for both relaxation and excitement.
The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious, well-appointed rooms that are both modern and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether I needed assistance with anything or simply had a question, the staff was always there with a friendly smile and quick response.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible range of international cuisine available at the resort. NagaWorld offers an impressive selection of dining options, featuring dishes from all around the world. En general, el hotel es tan grande como Brand new & just Grand Open hace 2 o 3 meses. Hay sólo 2 puntos para quejas, 1 son el precio costoso de la casa de baño en comparación con otros hoteles alrededor, 1 es el diseño de la toalla, cuando se ducha, el agua fluirá de la parte inferior de la puerta de la ducha y la zona de baño y ducha entera húmeda.

Awesome place to spend the weekend. Self contained , food is ok, rooms are big and spacious. Could do with a little pest control on roaches thou.

Las manchas de café derramadas en la mesa no se limpiaron. Después de limpiar el tercer día, encendieron la lámpara del escritorio con anticipación para recordarles que debían limpiar la mesa. Además, se dijo que el tiempo de comida proporcionado era de una hora, pero. de hecho, no hubo comida en solo siete u ocho minutos. Qué curioso🤣.

NNadine NStayed for the third time at this hotel in the space of 7 months! Love it so much, I keep coming back 😊 . As usual, friendly, amazing, efficient service from all staff starting at check-in and felt by all other staff members, especially cleaning, security and restaurant staff at Cloud 9.
Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy!
As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury!
Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless).
The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh!

El hotel menciona que se trata de un sistema solar, por lo que hay que esperar unos minutos para obtener agua caliente, pero me esperaron 15 minutos y no recibí nada. Hacía mucho frío por la mañana. Esta es la única mala experiencia que he tenido durante mi estadía.
Además de eso, solicité una habitación con bañera y me respondieron por correo electrónico que me la proporcionarían, pero cuando llegué, no fue como lo había solicitado.

IIgorSerbiaThe hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!

El personal también fue muy agradable.
Sin embargo, hubo un día en que un niño pequeño que parecía un niño de la calle andaba todo el tiempo en el piso donde yo me quedaba.
Además, la puerta de la habitación frente a la mía estaba abierta todo el tiempo y a menudo veía a una persona tatuada y de aspecto brusco fumando en la habitación.
No sé si era huésped o empleado del hotel, pero pasé 3 noches allí sintiéndome inseguro.

WwoodygoluckyEl hotel está situado en una calle muy pequeña llena de vendedores de calles y pequeñas tiendas locales...Me pareció muy difícil encontrar una pequeña tienda para comprar cigarrillos y pequeños snacks y me sentí un poco nervioso caminando en este barrio a la noche. La habitación parecía las fotos aunque se siente mucho, mucho más vieja en la vida real. Elija un deluxe habitación con balcón. El agente corrió de las tarjetas de la habitación (???) y así me tenía que dar una llave física. El poder no funcionará sin una tarjeta de habitación, así que me dieron una tarjeta de negocios para poner en la slot. La habitación estaba bien, pero no puedo dar cinco o cuatro estrellas debido a dos problemas: las rocas (en el baño, en el piso, y uno se me atrapó en la noche, en la cama) y el aire acondicionado, que golpea directamente en tu cara, lo que hace difícil dormir. La gente era muy amable, incluso me hicieron el desayuno para mi comprobación temprana, pero no creo que me quedaría aquí otra vez.
