Queríamos un lugar donde pasar la noche antes de nuestro vuelo y estaba ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación tenía un buen precio y estaba limpia. Las camas eran suaves y se proporcionaba pasta de dientes, acondicionador, etc. El check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos (la hora de salida es un mediodía generoso) y hay varias piscinas que puedes usar. Mi hijo disfrutó de la mesa de billar y del ping-pong. El lugar está bien atendido y muy limpio en todas partes. Se parece a sus fotos en Trip. No encontramos el área local más amplia particularmente atractiva, y pasamos un tiempo buscando un restaurante que no estuviera donde Trip Advisor dijo que estaría. Al final comimos en el restaurante del hotel (arroz frito con pollo y bol de espagueti) y ambos estuvieron bien.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación era buena y las instalaciones y la limpieza eran buenas para el precio. ■Sugerencias■ • Me pidieron un depósito de $50, y aunque recibí un recibo de almacenamiento al momento del check-out, tardaron mucho tiempo en devolverme los $50, lo cual fue un inconveniente. • No entiendo por qué los huéspedes pagarían $50 como depósito. No hay nada que sacar de la habitación. Y dejé 50 dólares en dólares, pero ellos quisieron darme rieles camboyanos intencionalmente. Por favor corrija esto.

Se abrió hace sólo dos meses, por lo que es una marca nueva. La comida en el restaurante es increíble y el precio es muy razonable. Está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Es muy conveniente para nosotros visitar el centro y todas las atracciones turísticas. El hotel tiene una habitación muy moderna. El aire acondicionado es tan potente, las camas son tan cómodas. Hay tantas salidas que puedo cargar mi teléfono celular y todos los demás dispositivos eléctricos. Las instalaciones están en buena calidad. Recomiendo muy bien Novotel bkk. The hotel is just in front of the airport. Easy to reach just cross the road. The reception is friendly also if their English is basic. The room was ok and clean. Maybe I recommend to upgrade the breakfast also with western food.

Ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad. Hotel bastante nuevo con lo que en aplicaciones como Grab todavía no aparece en el mapa (simplemente se puede usar como referencia el spa justo en frente del hotel, que sí aparece). Comunicación en jemer o mandarín, poco inglés con lo que puede ser resultar algo complicada alguna que otra gestión. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

Only stayed 2 nights but was nice enough. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Staff very politeand helpful. Quite far from city centre. It says half hour drive but with traffic can take 1hr. Close to airport

Opposite AEON 1 for nice shopping and eating. There are 3 AEON malls in Phnom Penh now. Tuktuk booked via an app costs 6,000 Riels to Night Market. The Reception lady is so sweet. She booked me a tuktuk and I paid by cash directly to the driver. Thank you very much. From my memory Reception staff doesn’t work from 3am to 8am. Room is large and things are made from high quality materials. I love the pool on 41th floor. Breathtaking river views and city views up there. The restaurant is on the same floor so we walked pass it to use the pool. No other guests were there when both of us swam. Pool opens from 7am. Small changing room and toilet are near the pool. Fitness Room is on 7th floor. High quality and great services. No one was there when we worked out. After the guest finishes using the walking machine and sweats, a male staff comes to wipe the machine. Very good! Towels are readily available for guests to use both in the Fitness Room and Pool. The checked in and out were smooth. They returned the 50 USD deposit in both USD and Riel. In other cities, a room like this often costs 70 USD. Here the price is very good. The building is Celeste Building opposite Sofitel and AEON and we walked through it to the next building to see SF Hotel table in the corner. Excellent value for money. Btw it was Caesar Hotel before so room amenities and towels have that brand. Room is a bit wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Air con takes a long time to cool the room as they has a cover in front of it to avoid direct air flow to the bed. Carpeted walk way from elevator to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to come back to swim again.
