Sea Palace

I see now why Saint Martin is called the Friendly Island. This is the first time that I spent some time in Saint Martin. I’ve traveled to many islands over the years and this is truly the most friendliest that I’ve visited. The management and staff at Sea Palace were superb! Cherlande, Rasheed,Sherwin,Delvina. We all know that your staff is a true representation of management, I had the privilege to observe the General Manager Sasha run the place with respect for her staff, and her guest. It felt like I was with family during my stay and was very sad to leave. Perfect location right on the beach, very immaculate rooms, right on the boardwalk and last but not least very very safe! Everything you need is right there in walking distance. Thank you Sasha for being a Perfect Host! I’ll see you soon.!

We enjoyed our beachfront location in town. Easy access and walk to everything. We enjoyed the great balcony views and the good mattresses. The Manager, Sasha, and staff were as wonderful on this our return visit as previous visits. Rasheed, Delvina, Cherlanda and Sherwin are helpful and friendly. Our Housecleaner, Maria, was great too.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Dirty I had a very disappointing stay at this place. The property is old and dirty, and my room had a view of a rundown neighborhood with broken roofs and crumbling houses. I felt unsafe the entire time, as the area is full of abandoned or decaying buildings. On top of that, they charge you $35 per day for electricity, plus the cost of usage, which is outrageous. Also very noisy construction going on and could hear other guests talking at night When I tried to speak to the manager about changing rooms, I was told they were too busy to help me. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We reserved this place through our timeshare. Had two rooms - 1BR and a 2BR for our group. The 2 BR unit served as our main unit for family gathering and was large enough for all 7 adults without feeling like we were stepping on each other. The terrace/rooftop for our unit was very large and provided a beautiful view of the oceanfront. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. It was the best part of the unit! The resort was well kept and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Sea palace was nice but the location is scary. Thank goodness they had a gated parking lot. If you don’t have a ocean front room your view is maybe a side view of the water. Honestly it looks like a o bed out area with a ant buildings and boarded up places. The timeshare rooms are large and really nice, very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly. The power went out at night twice, something about the power company turns off the power to conserve energy. They also turned off the water one day from 2 to 5 to fix a leak. It was a small inconvenience.the boardwalk they advertise is “cement walk” also many blown out places and everything closes around 6pm. Tons of shopping. The Pink Pearl has very good Chinese food. Oh and they were doing construction!

We loved the location, right on the beach; we loved all the local restaurants and shops within walking distance; we loved the beach with its clean, clear waters; and we loved the reggae vibe throughout this part of Sint Maarten. Very relaxing and accommodating.
