Khaosok Good View Resort

Amazing stay with out of this world hosts. Mr and Mrs Boa made us welcome from the second we arrived at their beautiful home in the jungle! They arranged our transfers all excursions during our 6 day stay. The food was out of this world and nothing was too much trouble! Our Children 11 & 8 from feeding fish to lizard spotting loved every minute And didn’t want to leave. I don’t normally write reviews but the welcome compelled me to share!!! Thank you Mr & Mrs Boa!!!

This accommodation is above excellent, it’s amazing. The hosts are so friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast is good and has everything you need. Meals can be purchased and they are full of flavour. I would thoroughly recommend staying there for a relaxing holiday, and will be back.

Beautiful setting and accommodation. Mr and mrs Boa are both amazing so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. This place is always booked up so if you find the dates book it! We were travelling with friends and secured a deluxe and family room but note that if you are travelling with another couple and want to keep to a budget then rooms 4 and 5 are perfect although this is described as a family room they are effectively two apartments both with own bathroom the only connection is the patio area which again can be divided when required by a sliding lockable door. Food stunning and plentiful plus very very affordable compared to the costal resorts. So glad we came x

Very well located a bit away from kaoh sok village. But transfer easy to the park or the dam. Very nice bungalows , perfectly clean. Excellent menu for dinner, very good breakfast. And the host Mr Bao is such a nice extremely helpful person. With very good english

We visited the Khao Sok Good View resort in August 2024 and had a wonderful time. The setting is amazing, you feel like you are properly in the jungle! The owner and his family are such nice people, they really looked after us. The rooms are lovely and clean and in good condition, with a nice seating area outside the patio doors where you can sit and watch the wildlife. We saw bats, Macaques, lizards, butterflies, squirrels among many others. We were a family of 5, and ended up having 2 interconnecting rooms and a separate room a few door away. This was the only slight downside, as our family group was split up. If they could have offered an additional bed in one of the interconnecting rooms we would have all been in one place, and the rooms were easily big enough to accommodate this. The pool area is lovely and clean, if a little small, but we were the only ones in it so it didn’t matter. The breakfast was lovely, as were the evening meals. All home cooked to order and delicious. We did a couple of trips organised by the hotel and they were both worth doing. We did an escorted Kayak tour on the Phong river where we saw more incredible wildlife, and an escorted walking night safari in the Khao Sok national park, where again, we saw wildlife like we had never seen before. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel of our tour of Thailand but it was worth every penny and we saw so many things we had never seen before. The kids will certainly remember it for a long time. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Thailand.

One of the best accommodations we‘ve ever been to on all our travels! The owners are the nicest people offering authentic hospitality, nice and very clean rooms with AC, the yummiest food and drinks (fresh watermelon and pineapple shakes) at very low prices, organize transfers, laundry service, fantastic tours which are always on time and are there for their guests all the time! Our kids where even allowed to prepare their own banana pancakes for breakfast. Mr. And Mrs. Bao are so nice to all of the guests even having the patience to teach us some Thai. Our kids ran to the reception/ restaurant first thing in the morning in their pjs to say hello and didn‘t want to leave after 4 great days! We cannot express how grateful we are that we‘ve found this place! Thanks for everything!
