The property offers a large open concept kitchen and dining room, snack bar overlooking lake, office space, basement game room, smart TV’s, chef’s kitchen, 3-season room, lakeshore play area and pier, basketball court, and upper bedrooms with lake views. The spaceThis is a family friendly space that will feel like a vacation while visiting friends, or attending a local event. You can utilize 3 bedrooms, the main lower bedroom has a queen bed and TV, located adjacent to the lower full bathroom. An upper bedroom with lake views has a king size bed, and another upper bedroom has 3 built-in extra long bunk beds and lake views, both being near to another full bathroom, and an office space. The lower bedroom and upper bedroom can each sleep two people, and the upper extra-long bunks can sleep another 3 guests. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people. The upper loft area is where the office space is located. Through out the home, you will find 4 TV’s for streaming. Bedrooms have closet storage. Boat rentals are available on lake. There are two multi-level laundry sets of washer and dryer. There is a basement game room with ping-pong table, fitness and TV lounge area. You can enjoy the 3-season room so you can be outside while inside.There is a large flat lake side yard space to enjoy between the house and the lake. The spacious 2-1/2 car garage provide extra storage and long driveway area provides multiple vehicle parking on the 50 foot wide by 300 foot long lot. There are outside deck areas with seating to relax and look at lake views. Fire pit and grill in yard with pier and boat access. Secondary ramp access to front deck area. Located in Pewaukee School District. The City trash pickup is on Thursdays. Lawn care is completed weekly. We are a local property manager available for comments, questions, or concerns. Family-owned and managed, this 4 bedroom lake house has One (1) King Bed, One (1) Queen Bed and Four (4) Twin Beds to comfortably sleep up to 8. Fully furnished with towels, dishware and many other things to help limit what you have to bring with you. In the warm weather months, a spacious (13) capacity Bennington model pontoon boat allows guests to enjoy their day on the lake and tour Pewaukee Lake. Guests can tour the Pewaukee Lake shoreline and observe some mostly incredible lake homes Wisconsin has to offer. Also, take a boat ride to the middle of the lake and watch sail boat races in the summer. Pewaukee Lakes Wilsons Island is a 2-minute boat ride away from the Lake Home and features a waist-level sandbar perfect for boaters that wish to park and lounge. Multiple 'dock and eat' restaurants adorn the lakeshore. The pontoon has the capabilty for guests to waterski and tube. An additional (2) person Jet Ski is available for guests as well. The pontoon and jetski comes as a package and are docked in a convenient hydraulic lift and rent at an additional charge. Guests are not allowed to dock their own boats and trailers at the Lake House because there isn't the pier space to do so.This Lake Home boasts 50' of accessible Pewaukee Lake frontage with unbelievable lake views throughout the house.
