Perfect Location for a weekend of lake fun. This house is a 2 bedroom one bath with a loft. It has a big deck out front to view the lake year round and watch the sun set every evening. Blue Water Bay Marina and Public use area is just at the bottom of the hill. There is a great restaurant at the bottom or Pizza at Blue Water Bay Marina. There is also many more restaurants very close. This house has all the convinces of home plus some.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Great view, great location, cool little home.
As advertised, nice little home in a cool neighborhood, great view. The hoa pool 2 doors down is a huge bonus. Amazing lake, highly recommend. Dockside pizza is crazy good and the marina is brand new and great. Owners are responsive and easy to deal with.

Great Experience!!
I have been in the area for the better part of a year for work reasons. Enjoyed the people and area so much, that I have purchased an RV and will keep it in the area to come back and visit when work is done. I can't say enough about the owners Chris and Chasity, they are A all the way, very accommodating and helpful all the way! Definitely recommend this property.
