Amazing hotel and stay , very kindly staff , free parking, fast Wi-Fi , delicious food with great service, everything was amazing Late check out , only 3 minutes walking to visitor center, I will back here again Big recommend, hope to stay like that every time

The hotel cancelled our booking with 3 days notice due to a 'leak' at the property. I was skeptical about this but accepted the excuse and found somewhere else to stay. I then continued to see that the hotel was available for booking throughout the week that we were in Wadi Musa (except for the day we arrived it was booked out). It was clear to me that our booking was cancelled (we had a triple room) to allow the hotel to fill the triple room and make more money that way. So avoid unless you want to have to rearrange your whole stay with 3 days notice. Not the best introduction to Jordan but thankfully it got better after that. Im sure they will respond and say there was a leak - I went into the hotel on my way back from Petra and there was no sign of any leaks or works being done. When I asked reception if they had rooms available they said yes! Also before I arrived I asked if they could arrange for us to have a lunch box instead of breakfast so that we can go to Petra early in the morning. It was a flat no from them. Seemingly putting a banana and some break in a bag is too much hassle. Thankfully the hotel we stayed in was able to do this and we had a great stay there, so it was all a blessing in disguise.

Sun Set hotel is a very good choice in Petra. Very good value for money. Pros: - very good location on a main touristic street, 3 min away from Petra Visitors center - rooms: renovated & good size ; electric kettle, bottled water, 3 in 1 coffee -bathroom: comfortable, good size; good quality soap, shampoo, shower gel; hairdryer - good wifi connection -express check in /check out - clean, well furnished hotel - friendly helpful staff - really delicious food; recommendation also for buffet dinner +soft drinks & water - 10 JD/person 3 star Sun Set hotel is very good in its 3 star category. I highly recommend it. I would stay again!

Great hotel, very clean and extremely helpful and friendly staff. They organised a tour guide to take us to the back entrance and it was brilliant. Everything you need for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Ready to relax in our hotel today: the Petra Sunset Hotel where the cook delights us with a series of finely decorated dishes that he shows us with great pride! One of the highlights of this hotel is certainly the location, just a few steps away from the Petra Visitor Center!
