Premier Inn Peterborough North

Standard Premier Inn fare, so clean functional room, great staff, and good value. Free car parking in a spacious car park was also provided. There is no on-site bar and the nearest local is a 15 minute walk. The immediate surrounding area is a tad tired. The free wifi was useless

Really clean hotel, service was outstanding, Great nights sleep. Bev on reception was kind and polite and very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, staff was polite and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Duty manager in restaurant during the evening knowledgeable and informative about the meal deal/breakfast deal, that I'd not heard of previously. Overall a nice hotel with superb staff.

As always an amazing hotel . We always choose to stay here! Rooms are always clean and hotel is well kept! The staff are just fantastic, always go above and beyond for us. Bev & Tina on reception always friendly, helpful, funny , welcoming & very nice people to get along with! They have us a lovely funny departure this morning!!! We used this Premier Inn for a one night stay as we were attending a party nearby. Overall I would say the hotel itself is about what you would expect for a Premier Inn and offered pretty good value for money. The rooms and general decor are looking a little tired but everything was clean and the bed was comfy. One slightly odd thing was the length of time the toilet took to refill after flushing which was a little inconvenient if you wanted to use the loo one after another! The breakfast area could have done with being tended to a little better, there were various bits of rubbish lying about and I am not convinced of the need to have an open bin right next to the table where the bread/toaster is kept! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would like to give a particular mention to the little basket of cookies/biscuits which are left on the reception desk in the evening, these were just the ticket to go with my bedtime cup of tea when we returned from our evening out, very thoughtful indeed!

We've tried other places to spend to night whilst regularly visiting family in the area. Peterborough North Premier Inn suits our purpose perfectly. The stay is comfortable and we always get a good nights sleep and the staff are friendly and eager to assist.
