This place is a total flea pit with miserable reception staff. This is quite possibly the worst Prem I’ve ever stayed in. Whilst a budget chain you do get some decent ones, but this is a scruffy hole. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.

I recently visited this hotel and to be honest it was ent that great and the reason for this was one the bed room towels or anything was never cleaned for 3 days we stayed this is unacceptable after traveling 4 hours wen u are tired only one towel for 2 people again this is not acceptable no cleaner also only one card between 2 people it should be one each not one for 2 people apart from this everything else was ent to bad

Staff were very friendly and kind towards our toddler, even helping to cheer him up when he got upset by giving him a hot chocolate sachet. The room was comfy and set up with extra bed and cot as requested. Stay was quiet and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

I would like to thank Ghizlane at the Peterbrough Premier Inn - super helpful and all round lovely. Saved our days when the wedding venue would not let us get changed before a wedding, and she kindly let us check back into the Premier Inn to get changed after we had already checked out.

Very welcoming staff, Jade and Karryanne were extremely helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Room was warm but fan was provided for comfort, breakfast as always was lovely with plenty of choice. Poached eggs made on request. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to a big shopping center and a retail / business estate ... A lot of convenience within a short walk and short drive. Quick check in, staff prompt and very helpful. Always a smile and hello. Thanks to Jade and Deanna for sorting the first night issues quickly and effectively. The price point was good and what I wanted to pay. Internet was slow for business, so had to upgrade. But minimal cost. Room was comfy, clean and sufficient for my needs. Only issue this week was the heat! No air con (but it does state on the website) fan in the room ready!

Amazing hotel and the staff are so lovely and welcoming rooms are lovely and clean, restaurant staff was amazing food was amazing as always can not fault this hotel at all also there is many places to go on site have a Tesco and another little shopping centre aswell was really good went last year to and will be back Again this year! Thankyou again stay was amazing as always! Miss steward.

The air conditioning does not work and the rooms are extremely hot even with the fan provided. The fan is noisy the windows do no open far and most of the windows have blown. The decoration and furniture is very dated. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment. I wouldn't stay here again unless they provided air con.

Excellent visit again . 34 of us on a kamg motorbike training weekend . All looked after beautifully as usual .food service seamless hit and fresh Thankyou Rooms all clean tidy and a warm welcome look forward to seeing you again in may for another visit .
