Great little gem of a find! Our 1st time to mainland Greece. The hotel was amazing, what you see on the pictures is what you get. Definitely worthy of a higher star rating. Every member of staff from the cleaners to the chef to the restaurant staff to the receptionist to the night security, every single person was beautiful, helpful and not one of them could have done any more for you. We had a medical issue whilst there and the young lady on reception contacted the local pharmacy by telephone and translated conversations for us, she also arranged taxis's etc. Thank you. We also have to give a special shout out to the beautiful young lady who greeted us each morning at Breakfast.... a little ray of sunshine each morning. English is very well spoken by the staff here. Thank you to the night security who saved me from a lizard in our room one night lol. Breakfast was lovely and all cooked items were hot and fresh. We also had lunch here on several occasions.... the Masakas was the best by wife have every tried and we're both foodies. Food portions were large and prices very reasonable, no 2nd mortgage needed to eat here. We will definitely be back.

Best Vieuw, great breakfast and Staff. Feels like home. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner when you don't want to go to the city. At the beach, free beds and umbrella. A 12 minute walk to town with restaurants. Koroni, methoni, pylos you can go by car. We will come back next year.

Very nice appartment with good facilitys, small own pebble beach. Close to the village and the airport is also nearby. Perfect place to stay for a few days or make some trips from here to Messini or Methoni

My stay at Hotel Grekis was a unique experience. Everything was just right. The location of the hotel, the furnishings in the rooms, the very friendly staff, the hotel's cuisine. Parking spaces in the basement. In the summer heat, simply brilliant. I will definitely be back.

Wonderfull and big room with great view on the sea! It was nice to go from my room directly to the beach wich was just in front of the hotel, All the staff was very kind and helpfull . There was a relaxing atmosphere!

The Grekis Hotel is just perfect for us, this being our second visit, I have stayed in hotels all over the planet and rate this very highly because it is not pretentious, the owner and staff are friendly ,helpful and courteous but not obsequious. Its so relaxing in its normality, with a great dinning area encompassing stunning views plus you will not be charged the earth for a cocktail and prawn !

Stayed for two weeks in studio 306,Great views across the bay, also fantastic sunrise from balcony. Room was very spacious, air con worked fine, kitchenete facilities were ok,kettle,fridge, also 2 ringed electric hob which we never used, bathroom with shower over bath worked well, always hot water. we both found the bed to be uncomfortable,maybe would benifit from a matress topper or new matress. room cleaned regularily,sheets and towels also changed regularily.breakfast was great,served at your table,great selection.Beach location also great with beds and parasols provided,quite a rugged beach but scenic ,beach shoes required.Restaurant had a small menu,but also served a dish of the day, which we found to be very tasty,would also benifit from some traditional background music. overall, very clean hotel with great staff, 15 minute walk to town.

This was our second stay at this hotel, having been there 25 years previously (under different management). The room was very comfortable with air conditioning that we preferred not to use in order to hear the sea while we slept. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed many meals there in addition to the complete breakfasts. The sea was clear and usually very calm in the mornings. If I ever return to Greece, this is where I will stay. It’s an easy walk to town for other restaurants and shopping

The photo of the breakfast buffet on this website and on the Tui website is seriously misleading. There was not a help-yourself breakfast buffet, but a limited selection of items offered to your table each day. So over the course of a week, we were offered fresh fruit at breakfast on only two mornings and tinned chopped peaches on four. Similarly the cereals are only offered on rotation (so if your favourite is oats you will be offered it only once across week). I can understand that they would rotate/limit the sweet specials across a week (pancakes, doughnuts, rice pudding, chocolate pudding etc). However the restriction on fresh fruits seems only designed to save money. The orange juice definitely tasted reconstituted/processed - very pale and nothing like an orange juice that I have had either fresh or from concentrate in the UK. Bread, yoghurt, processed sliced cheese and meats, salad items, eggs and bread were offered every day. The beachside location is wonderful and the rooms clean and fresh.
