Bertoletta Village Apartments

Really nice and quiet place. Perfect for a family vacation. Two pools always open. Vine yard around the building, that makes the view idyllic. Professional stuff. A little farm with chickens, goats and sheep’s. The kids loved to feed them. Possibility's to rent a bike. Shopping close by. Overall a perfect place to slow down and enjoy life with your loved once.

We had a lovely stay here. Quite big apartment in traditional decor. More than enough storage room and well working airconditioning. The bed is quite hard (like most hotels/apartments) and big. The shower could have been bigger, I kept bumping my arms and legs on the sides. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. Even with children cutlery and dishes. And the dishwasher really shrieked when opening :) For children there is much to do on the site, theres a big playground, swimming pool (not toddler height though), big chess game, table football and a part with farm animals (which you can watch or feed but not pet them). The staff is really friendly and can help with everything including arranging tickets f.e. Gardaland. The location is fairly close to Peshiera de Garda, a nice little town with good restaurants (not really walking distance) on the water, to Gardaland (15 minutes drive) and to Verona (half an hour drive). The only thing that really bothered us was the wifi quality. It was really slow.

Our third time in Bertoletta Village Apartments in 3 consecutive years and we hope to return next year! Lovely scenery, the apartments are perfectly clean and very well equipped. The staff is welcoming, helpful and super friendly! Towncentre is a nice stroll away, but bikes are also available on site. Whether you are looking for a calmer vacation or an active one, both can be satisfied. For my friends and me, it is like coming home now :)

We had a wonderful time here. We were four adults and a baby, the apartment was large and comfortable for all. The setting was absolutely beautiful and yet still close to local amenities. The staff were very warm and welcoming and, thankfully for us, spoke excellent English. We're looking forward to coming back as soon as we can! Thanks for a wonderful week. Hmm

Just returned today after one week stay at the village apartments. We are a family of 4. This is our first visit to Lake Garda & we were very impressed. The accommodation was very spacious with a fabulous shower & all the utensils required can be found in the room. Air conditioning was great. The facilities were very good. My son used the football pitch & giant chess. The pool was never busy (Sunday seems the busiest day), I suspect most families like us do day trips so always sun loungers available with lots of shade from the sun if required. The staff where lovely & very friendly, even ordered our take aways for us & booked taxis. We experienced the horrific hail storm a few evenings ago & the staff rallied round to ensure all guests were safe & quickly replaced any damaged furniture. The location is not too central & the 20 minute walk back & forward can be tiring in the heat, and we are a fairly fit family. Trying to get a taxi on your own from town back to accommodation is near impossible. The Lidl & Conrad superstore are about 7 minutes walk so very handy. Peschiera is a great base to visit Venice & Verona as it has its own train station (trains not the most reliable though). I would also recommend a boat trip around the lakes. We hired a boat & Captain to take us but you can hire your own boat without a Captain. We will certainly visit Lake Garda again as it has so much to offer & we would love to visit Bertoletta Village Apartments again & thank you to the lovely staff who run it.

Bertoletta place is beautiful, very high standard, the apartments are very spacious, clean, and provide all necessities. The staff is very professional, polite and always very helpful. I recommend Conad market which is just next to Lidl around the area and you can take Bertoletta bikes with a basket for free to do shopping there. The pools are very clean and there is plenty of sun beds available. I recommend cappuccini beach which is 15min walk from the apartments and you can rent jet ski or a quite fast boat without a licence there which my teen son enjoyed driving very much. The beach offers everything you need, there is a cafe bar, sun beds (€10 for a whole day, €5 for umbrella), the lake is beautiful, clean and warm. We usually walked to a town (around 20/25 min) and took a local taxi (radio taxi) from Bertoletta to a train station when we visited other towns (around €12/13).

We enjoyed our 1 week stay at Bertoletta very much. We stayed in a “side cottage” which was quite large and had a new kitchen and bathroom which were very nice. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are also very kind and helpfull with all the questions we had and also helped with reservations for restaurants, parking (Venice) etc. The children also enjoyed the pools which were already opened and also the location is great if you want to make trips to villages at the lake, as well as Verona, Venice, etc. We will probably come back soon!

We've had a nice stay at our room next to the reception. The staff was also very nice. The appartement was very big and clean. Also the pool was nice to swim in with our baby. There were some ants in our appartement, but the staff member helped to remove them.

We visited as a family of 5 and it was even better than it looks online, which in itself was good! The whole place is in a beautiful secluded location. The apartment we had was perfect for us with a huge balcony and front garden as well as air conditioning. The facilities were great for a family - 2 pools with great sun beds, football pitches, volley ball pitch, free bike use and more. We had a car which I think was useful but the supermarkets were walkable as was the local town. We spent some days by the pool and others exploring the Lake. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Garda.
