Not a bad hotel. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok but could use some updating. The air condition did not work in our room, so it stayed hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep due to the temperature and the hard bed. Was not the best value for the price paid.

Just checked out of the Hotel Acquadolce and had a lovely time. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the town and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. It’s a perfect location if you’re looking to explore the local area. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Breakfast had a great continental selection plus scrambled eggs and sometimes pancakes. The cake section was great! We stayed in a superior room on the third floor which had a balcony overlooking the canal. The room was a good size, the only things that could be improved here were the bed was a little too firm for us, the air con wasn’t great and the furniture was a bit clanky with no soft closing doors or drawers. That being said, it wouldn’t put us off staying again and I recommend this hotel as a great base in Peschiera!

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, with a pervasive damp smell throughout the entire building that made the stay uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. The rooms are extremely basic with fixtures that looked like they hadn’t been updated in decades. The bathroom was outdated and dirty. Additionally, there was no mosquito net on the terrace door, forcing us to keep the door closed at most of the time to avoid bugs. Overall, this hotel is in need of renovation. The location is good and view from the lake front rooms is beautiful.

The hotel looks nice, the terrace is very cute. The personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful but unfortunately the room was not very good. We had a family room(suite) but it was on the ground floor with windows and a door direct in the parking lot. The main problems were the walls that were swollen with moisture, the room had a moisture smell and there weren't any mosquito nets at the windows so we were all bitten by mosquitos.

We went there for our son's birthday so we could easily go to and from Gardaland. That hotel is perfectly situated in a beautiful and calm area. Beautiful view of the water in front of the hotel and from our room. We were able to walk to good restaurants to eat and everyone was so friendly. The views I have to say are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed the jacuzzi of course! Overall everything went well. The staff were kind enough to provide info on Gardaland and that helped. Great hotel. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here at Hotel Acquadolce and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone who's looking for a relaxed holiday at Lake Garda. The location overlooking the canal was stunning, amazing sunsets from our balcony or on the rooftop. Easy walking distance to the train station, the ferry terminal and the old town. In fact, after many lovely meals in town it was just perfect to have a 10-15 mins stroll back to walk off all that lovely food ( and/or ice-creams). We had a panorama room with balcony overlooking the canal which was beautiful. The room was spacious with a decent size bathroom too. It had a minibar too but we didn't use it as we were out most days/evenings and drinks prices are very reasonable. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing too and that cake buffet an absolute dream. I'm not necessarily a cake person but I must admit I got into the Italian habit of having a cornetto ( crossaint) or cake for breakfast most mornings. It has everything else as well from cereals to cold cuts, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. Good coffee and good bread too. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and always happy to give recommendations for the area. We felt extremely welcome here and always greeted with a smile. The hotel has a small but lovely bar too and you can sit outside ( or in the stylish lobby) with a nice glass of Italian wine too. There is car parking too but we decided not to hire a car as public transport in Italy is easy and very affordable Several restaurants just a few mins away including a very nice creperia where we sat outside many evenings with an aperitivo before heading into town for dinner All in all, a wonderful relaxing stay at Hotel Acquadolce and we would not hesitate to come back here

Very good hotel located next to a beautiful canal on Lake Garda. Nice staff who are very service minded. The rooms are of a good standard, we had a room with a nice view of the canal. On the roof there is a jacuzzi and a small bar with varying opening hours. The breakfast is among the best I have eaten, completely imaginative. Parking is available on the street or you can park in their garage for 10 euros/day. On the street outside the hotel it is free.

Most wonderful hotel, fabulous staff and a superb breakfast. Secure car parking available at extra cost. Super location overlooking the lake. Close to the town which offers attractions for all from boat trips to fine dining. Our room has a balcony with a lovely view.
