We've had a wonderful stay at the 'Java Turtle Homestay'! We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and the ever smiling helpful staff! The rooms are very comfortable and have a beautiful and large shower with hot water. A big thanks and congratulations to Ba Hadi, owner of the homestay, who made everything by himself. He makes sure every guest is feeling well and organises trips or activities according to one's wishes. We liked the visit of a local dragon fruit plantation, the production of brown sugar and of course the jungle adventure to watch and release turtles! Moreover, Ba Hadi is a very dedicated man for the local community. With the benefits of his homestay and activities, he helps orphans, provide school accessories, launches a local ambulance service, etc... We absolutely recommend Ba Hadi's Java Turtle Homestay!!

One of the best travel experiences in my life :) Hadi is a wonderful host. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful. Visiting Sukamade beach for turtle laying eggs is a once in a lifetime experience! We will never forget it. It is so impressive to see how Hadi became a professional manager starting as a simple fisherman. Thank you for everything!! Terima kasih :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Java Turtle Lodge. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the food is very delicious, the tours we did where amazing (release baby turtles, visiting greenbay beach, driving through the jungle and seeing black and grey monkeys, hornbills and have breakfast at the river), there is a nice garden with hammocks and lovely seats. The lodges are even nicer than on the picture. Our stay in the turtle lodge was one of our highlights in East Java 🐢🐢

Java Turtle Lodge is fantastic! This is the place to stay in Meru Betiri. Pak Poer and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful. They care deeply for nature and the community. This made me feel right at home. Pak Poer knows the whole area and can help with everything — from boat trips to private beaches, excursions to Sukamade beach to spot turtles, but also a 2-day jungle trek through the heart of the park (recommended for the fanatics). I even saw a turtle on the beach at night, which was an unforgettable experience. Last-minute requests are no problem at all. The nearby beaches and national park are extraordinary beautiful. The accommodation is super neat and within walking distance of several beaches. The meals are delicious and healthy. Hope I can go here again soon! Matur suwun Java Turtle Lodge!

We stayed 3 nights at Java Turtle Lodge, which was the best part of the whole Java/Bali trip. Hadi and his wife took great care of us, the lodge is designed and run with love and passion. Hadi organized our trips to, Green Bay, the local village and of course the great tour to Sukamade beach to see the turtle. That was an unforgettable experience, we had the best guide Oni and we really enjoyed it. Hadi also took us around the area of the lodge to other places so you can easily stay even more than 3 nights which I would do next time. The lodge is very comfortable with excellent meals, so come and see yourself.

We had very good moment at Java turtel, with good welcome, helpful people. It is a very good place to make a trip for Sukamade Beach see the turtle. The rooms at Java Turtle are very nice, good place to take rest. Green Bay is very close and wonderful.

I arrived without notice at night the hosts were very happy to greet me and helped me with my bags into a room straight away. It was my birthday and everyone sung for me and we played cards until late. The food was great the room was clean and good size - very nice place with great people

We actually only wanted to stay one night, as we wanted to explore Jawa further. However, the guesthouse is so beautiful and we received such a warm welcome that we spent two more nights there. Great rooms and the bathroom is really nicely designed. Hadi is the owner of the homestay. He is an incredibly pleasant and kind person. He constantly looked after us and took us to great places (Geen Bay Beach, Jungle, Turtle Retreat). In addition, we were cooked incredibly well by the wife every day (also vegetarian). As a former fisherman, Hadi of course also knows the right people to get great fish from. He was even able to organise a very relaxing massage for us. In the end, we left with lots of new unforgettable memories. I will come back again!! All the best Hadi, to your wife and also to the staff! Best regards Leo

There's no words to describe how amazing this place actually, you can enjoy with beautiful design on every side of homestay, strategic location to populer destinations at meru betiri national Park such as green Bay beach and sukamade beach. The service from homestay really good, pak poer and his team always friendly and helpful for your needs. Really amazing experience to be able to stay here.
