Beautiful country house "La Letizia", renovated. 13 km from the centre of Bevagna, 20 km from the centre of Assisi, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, 15.05.-15.10.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Cook on request. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km. Nearby attractions: Perugia, Spoleto. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno. Please note: car recommended.
