La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba la habitación de la habitación, pero me dijeron que mi equipaje sería transferido a la nueva habitación, así que me empacé y me fui. Considero bastante cuestionable por qué no se ha transferido el equipaje como prometido y por qué no me lo informó en el momento de la entrada. Además, me di cuenta de una tasa inesperada de alrededor de $200 en la parte superior del depósito. Sin embargo, después de explicar que ya había pagado una fianza, se revisaron con otro miembro del personal y admitieron que se había acusado de error. La cantidad se reembolsó inmediatamente, pero si no hubiera notado y planteado el problema, podría haber sido acusado de error.

From the moment we handed our car over to the valet, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and effortless. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented—it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

Excelente ubicación para el lugar al que tenía que ir. Habitación básica con camas individuales, toallas, champú, jabón, té/café y nevera. La entrada con cerradura y acceso con tarjeta magnética proporcionaba una sensación de seguridad. El acceso las 24 horas fue muy práctico para mi llegada tardía y mis salidas nocturnas. Agradecí la consigna de equipaje, ya que la utilizamos durante nuestra estancia.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad, con una habitación de 2 habitaciones (doble y un solo), un refrigerador y un montón de espacio.  El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.  El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.  Había un poco de ruido desde el bar de abajo, pero no nos molestó y se proporcionan las orejas.

El hotel está muy cerca del transporte público, con un autobús en la frente y una estación de tren cerca. El servicio de autobús gratuito CAT ofrece fácil acceso a las principales atracciones del CBD de Perth (Central Business District), lo que lo hace muy conveniente para la vista y el paseo alrededor de la ciudad.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. As it's a new hotel, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the overall environment felt fresh and comfortable.

A brilliant Hotel, rebooked another night after my first stay. Beautiful big rooms with great finishing's and comfort. Free all global channels TV. Wonderful comfortable beds. A great night's sleep to be had. Can't rave enough about great value for money. Close to Irish Pub access from Hotel Foyer, cafes and restaurants.

Contras: 1) El depósito de mi tarjeta de crédito no se canceló al momento de la salida y me cobraron 50 AUD. 2) No me proporcionaron toallas al tercer día de estancia, a pesar de haber reservado para 5 o 6 días. 3) No me proporcionaron agua mineral. Ventajas: 1) Cerca del transporte público y fácil acceso a todas partes. 2) Me permitieron entrar temprano y salir tarde. 3) Me explicaron muy bien cómo usar el transporte público.

Great and friendly service. Good location. Comfortable bed and shower. AC was noisy and didn’t work well. It all looks very outdated but it’s good value for your money. Breakfast was fine. I hope they will change the paper cups for glasses and mugs.

Room was clean and service staff was excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and front desk was kind to extend late checkout for me. Very good location in. northbridge area accessible to food and shopping .
