Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

Estaba en el hotel por 4 noches. La habitación era limpia y agradable. Cerca de la ciudad, el río Swan y la mina Perth y la parada de autobús. Tengo hermosas vistas de mi habitación. Sólo 5 minutos a pie a un restaurante indonésico. El personal de los miembros es amable y útil, pero si necesita agua, debe preguntarle.

La habitación era muy pequeña, pero era cómoda, limpia y agradable. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con muchas opciones de comida cerca. En general, tuvimos una agradable estancia y definitivamente consideraríamos quedarse aquí otra vez.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Like the combination of the colour they mix and match the whole property from inside to outside. The rooms is clean, bedding is comfortable and view of the hotel also nice especially at sunrise and sunset time. The lounge area is comfortable as well. But the space on the room and bathroom is small. Good for light traveller, for those with big luggage is difficult. Only 1 big luggage can open at 1 time. But the price is very affordable for hotel at near city area.

I am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

Stayed at Starwest Alderney on Hay mainly for its excellent location which is right in the CBD and super convenient to get around using the free CAT buses. Everything is within easy reach, which made exploring very hassle free. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with complete amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The only downsides were the extra charge for parking and the WiFi, which wasn’t very reliable. Overall, a great stay for convenience and comfort.

¡Ohh, realmente me gusta todo sobre este hotel!!! Su muy instagramable y tiktok digno! Mi novio realmente le gusta también !!! Me sigue felicitando por elegir el hotel y la habitación! La ubicación es 10/10. Su caminable a casi todos los hotspots!! ¡Es muy fácil conseguir también uber/didi! Estabamos allí durante 4 noches y luego nos dirigíamos a la mente después de que debíamos ingresar a otro hotel, pero lo cancelamos y volvimos a HYDE en vez! Amor amor amor 💕🎀

El hotel está muy cerca del transporte público, con un autobús en la frente y una estación de tren cerca. El servicio de autobús gratuito CAT ofrece fácil acceso a las principales atracciones del CBD de Perth (Central Business District), lo que lo hace muy conveniente para la vista y el paseo alrededor de la ciudad.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!
