#3- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand on road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Linens and towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Loft area with two twin sized foam mattresses that kids will love. Parking for 1 car. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet fee of $20 per night/pet. Letchworth trip
The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again

Overall, was very nice!
Excellent place to stay, clean & comfortable! Very close proximity to the neighbors though, even though this didn’t cause any problems, we didn’t expect it to be so close. Owner was super nice! Kind & accommodating when we had forgotten something!! She was great to work with!

Easy stay
This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend. We hiked at Letchworth and paddled on the lake. We were able to check out the drive in and the cheese store.
The unit we stayed in was very clean and had all the things noted. We brought our own linens, toiletries and food. The space outside was nice to sit and read or eat. The public beach was right down the street. I was able to carry my board down there and hop in the water. The water had a lot of algae so swimming was not an option.
Overall, close to the things we wanted to do and a comfortable place to stay.

So cute
Husband and I were in town for the car show. We used to have a place nearby for the summer but had to sell it. This place was just perfect for our needs. We are already planning a longer stay for next year and hope to stay here again.
