I've had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through ***********, and I paid in advance, but I got the dates wrong. I realized a few days later and asked to change the dates, but they told me that it was impossible since the hotel was closed in August (what kind of hotel closes in August?). I then asked for a refund and they told me that it was impossible. I have to say that my request was done more than a month in advance of the date that was theoretically the date of my stay. But they say no. I insisted, I told them that I understood that there would be a penalty, and not get a full refund, but they wouldn't listen. Oh yes! They gave me a voucher that I can use during the next six months, although I told them that I have never been in Milan in 55 years, and I'm not planning to come back. That's all I've got: a voucher I'm never going to use. In other words, they have taking my money because they proabably can do it legally, but this episode shows a way of being and behaving. I would never recommend going to a hotel that treats people this way.
