Protras Holiday Villa Nico 17 is a cozy 3 bedroom detached property located in a quiet area of Protaras next to Sirina Bay and Crystal Springs Hotel just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and all amenities.
The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and guest toilet. On the top floor the villa features the master bedroom with a double bed and partial sea views, a second bedroom with two single bedss and the family bathroom. Further up there is also a roof garden with excellent sea views.
The outside offers a spacious fully furnished patio with private pool with sunbeds, dining table with chairs and BBQ. The third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room is located at the basement level and access to this bedroom is from the pool patio and not from the interior of the villa.
Villa Nicol 17 has been renovated in 2019 and decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The nearest beach just 2 minuteswalk from the villa is Sirina Bay, a picturesque white sand beach with crystal clear blue water and a famous bar. About the same distance in the oposite direction is Crystal Springs beach which also offers white sand and crsytal clear blue waters.
Within just a couple of minutes walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Aigialos Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay. The area offers an excellent bus service in the summer months and we can also hook you up with a reliable and relatively cheap taxi sevice.
