Livas Hotel Apartments

Can't rate this hotel high enough. We had a fabulous stay at Livas, the owners and all the staff are super friendly and go the extra bit to ensure you have a good stay. Arrive as strangers and leave as friends. The whole hotel is so clean. We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony. We stayed half board, the food was lovely, buffet breakfast and evening meal with 4 choices for both starter/main and 3 for desert. You can also order a meal at the bar, it was €18 for a 3 course menu when we were there. Drinks cheap for a hotel and the cocktails were lovely. Great fun at the weekly BBQ with so much yummy food, which is included if you're half board. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Supermarket also attached to hotel. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Just returned from our first stay at Livas. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment, so spacious and immaculate with lovely sea views. The staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming. We stayed b&b plenty of choice and well presented. Was so good we rebooked for next year on our 2nd day.

My second visit to Livas and cannot fault it. For a solo traveler, I always felt safe and very well looked after. EVERY member of staff is always ready with a smile & eager to help. Location is perfect right near the Pernera beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and breakfast at Livas is lovely. Super clean rooms. Already booked 2025!

Another fantastic holiday spent with friends at the livas Hotel apartments in penera protarus. Really wouldn't stay anywhere else, can't fault the place or the friendly staff there,yianna kyri Monica, they just can't do enough for there guests. It's just lovely, food rooms pool, just spot on. Can't wait for next year. # love the livas Hotel apartments.

We stayed for 10 nights as a family of 6 (4 in one deluxe king studio and 2 in another). The room was very nice and was spotlessly clean. There wasn't a great deal of space for 4 but we managed. The balcony we had was absolutely huge and overlooked the beach road. All staff were friendly. A slight niggle was the cleaner knocking almost every day at 9am. Not a problem for me, I'm always up early, but wasn't welcomed by my husband and 16 and 18 year old sons. The included breakfast was pretty good, I always found something nice to eat. The pool area was great, it was never overly busy, in fact, on some days it was almost empty. It is the first holiday I've been on where sunbeds were not snapped up at the crack of dawn. Prices of food and drink was very reasonable. Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes from the beach one way and 5 minutes to multiple bars/restaurants in the other direction. Would not hesitate in staying here again.

This was the third consecutive time that my family stayed at Livas Hotel Apartments - that must say something! We are very happy with the hotel, its facilities and its people. It's ideal for families, being in a quiet location, overseeing Pernera and it's very close to the pedestrian by-the-sea road that engulfs Protaras. It is also within a few minutes walking distance from various places, like bars, ice creams shops, restaurants etc. There are two swimming pools - one for little children and one for grown children/adults and for those who prefer the sea, it's a 2-minute walk from the beach. We'll be definitely coming back!
