Dream Holidays at Crystal Spring – I Was Not Disappointed! I spent my vacation at Crystal Spring and I have to say – I was not disappointed at all! It was simply beautiful – from the first day to the last, I felt like I was in the right place. The hotel is in a wonderful location – clean, well-maintained, with a beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist – it really made the whole stay more comfortable. Special recognition goes to the Animation Team – they’re just amazing! Thanks to them, every day was full of energy and good fun. I’d especially like to highlight Stan and his Aqua Gym – a great instructor with a sense of humor who can motivate even the laziest person to move in the water. He’s doing a fantastic job! As for the food – it was delicious every single day! A wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and everything was well-prepared and nicely presented. I always found something I liked and left the restaurant happy and satisfied. To sum up – I highly recommend this place! If you're thinking about choosing Crystal Spring – don’t hesitate. It’s a place that guarantees relaxation, good entertainment, and tasty food. I’d gladly come back again

We loved our holiday here! For the price the all inclusive is amazing and would be a large factor in us wanting to return here; branded spirits e.g. Grey Goose, Aperol, Bacardi, Baileys, tasty cocktails I particularly loved the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and selected bottles e.g. Kopparberg, Corona. The food is also lovely, especially the pool bar open 11am-8pm which you order from a menu which has loads of options, all cooked fresh and taste great. Our room was a lovely space and was cleaned well everyday I have nothing to fault there. Everywhere else in the hotel seemed well cleaned and well maintained everything felt brand new, the pictures are a perfect representation of what you get - no false projection. The grounds of the hotel are massive so if you want to sit by the pool, sit on a sofa in the shade or further way with views of the sea you have the option, and it also makes the hotel feel like it isn't busy even though it is which is lovely! The bay attached to the hotel is lovely and loads of people spend the day there - 15 minute walk away there is a marina you can get a boat trip from. The location is a little distanced from any strip or centre but its just a 2/3 euro bus journey to Ayia Napa or Protaras, we did this many times and its super easy the bus stop is right outside the hotel. If you do visit here little bit of advice bring some jungle spray, in the shade the bugs can be very annoying! If you love amazing entertainment on an evening this may be a little underwhelming - some of the singers have some questionable voices and other acts a little boring but they have a pianist/guitarist/singer next to the restaurant every night which is lovely touch. We loved the live music on occasional days near the Pool Bar - particularly one act who sung on a Friday afternoon he was fab! Day time entertainment we always take part in and did for most of the holiday, my feedback would be they need a new dart board the bull bounces out its so hard and that a few little things that happened meant we found some members of the animation team unprofessional. I have to say the best thing about this hotel was the staff they were all so friendly and attentive - I have never felt more welcomed, they honestly make you feel like they would do anything to make you holiday better, they are a credit to the hotel. I would like to especially shout out George, Anastasia and Constantinos from the Pool bar all of which put a smile on our faces every day! Also, Utsav from the Reception Bar - I have never met a more enthusiastic and lovely employee and it was great to hear how the hotel has supported him and fellow colleagues to come to Cyprus for work from Nepal. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend going, we can certainly see why they get so many repeat customers I hope we do return.
