My flight got cancelled and two days later I am still stuck in Texas and they would not give me a refund!!!! If they accommodate travelers they should be more understanding that I gave them as much time as I could bc I called them as soon as I found out that our flight would not be able to fly into Pensacola. I could not have tried to cancel any sooner (it was 6hrs before I was suppose to check-in). And no refunds is all the front desk would tell me. All he kept saying was I just work here! If they cater to people flying into the airport there has to be things in place for emergency situations and I should not have to pay full price for a room I never even got a chance to stay in!
