Beach front balcony! Family-owned condo! I hope you pick our condo to stay at! We love it and know you will too! Enjoy your private balcony and the breathtaking views of the beach! You can see dolphins and area birds playing in the ocean! There is also a beach front pool with an easy, short walk to the beach! Two queen beds (new March 2025) and a sleeper sofa, one full bath. Completely equipped kitchen. Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living room. Darkening drapes for those who want to sleep in. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Wi-fi included. Also, the Pensacola Beach Trolley stops in front of our condo, Regency Towers (free trolley Memorial Day - Labor Day). Beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily at the beach and included with bookings March-October! Should you need another condo to rent at the same time we have another condo in the same building, Regency Towers, for rent.
