Unlike many vacation rentals, Regency 705 is a “professionally managed” vacation rental property. Our professional and attentive on-site rental management company is here to ensure your visit is problem free. Guests are welcome to communicate with us via the VRBO email portal regarding any questions they might have about this property. Guests can also make instant bookings for this property using the VRBO website. PLEASE NOTE: all instant online bookings are subject to host review and must be compliant with all Terms and Conditions outlined below. Guests making an instant online booking will receive a copy of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement via Docusign within 24 Hours of making an online instant booking. Guests must review, execute and return the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement within 48 Hours of being received in order to secure the property and avoid having the property leased to another Guest. ************** P R O P E R T Y F E A T U R E S *********** Community Amenity Features Include: • Community Outdoor Swimming Pool - heated when outdoor night temperatures remain above 50 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 consecutive nights. • Private community beach access with an outdoor showering area. • Security personnel present during periods of high Guest occupancy. • Fitness facility located on the 1st floor of the community with dedicated hours for Guest use. • Outdoor charcoal grilling stations provided on both the east and west ends of this private community. Unique Features of Regency 705 includes: *Flat screen televisions throughout • Personalized codes for 24 Hour electronic property access - No keys needed • Spacious outdoor balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the Gulf • Complimentary high-speed internet access • Full size Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Clothes hangers • Keurig Duo coffee maker and all small kitchen appliances (i.e., toaster, blender & microwave) * Complimentary Hot & Cold Water Dispenser with 5 gallons of bottled water • Fully equipped Kitchen (Cookware, Glassware, Flatware, Dishes). Please Note: Ingestible spices and food items have been removed in an effort to protect Guests from possible cross contamination • Guest Robes in Master Bedroom Closet • Luxury all-cotton Bed & Bath Linens (Please bring your personal beach/pool towel) *** Rental Terms**** OCCUPANCY: Regency 705 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children. AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age. DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In. AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property. PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense. PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET policy may be subject to additional charges. Repairs, replacements, pet remediation efforts or Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check-In. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals. SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests needing the assistance of a Service Animal must present this need in writing at least 10 days prior to Check-In. All requests for the need of a Service Animal must be presented to legal counsel representing the Homeowner's Association to ensure all legally required certifications and procedures are observed. PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available the Guest will be entitled to receive a full refund. SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is expressly Prohibited on the balcony or within any interior areas of this property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor grilling areas of the community. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges may be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check In for any needed repairs, property replacements or smoke remediation efforts arising from the violation of the No Smoking policy herein stated. Navarre trip We loved the Regency. Our unit had an incredible view. We enjoyed fishing in the pier, hanging out on the beach and relaxing! We will be back!
