Excellent hotel friendly staff, love this hotel central for nice meal out always clean and well priced , only gripe was cleaner trying to get in room before check out time ,have stayed 4 times and never happened before so hopefully just a one off

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were saddened that the kitchen was closed on occasions due to staff absences. The gangways were clean and tidy. The room was as expected, very clean and everything available that was expected to be there. The beds were comfy with nice douvets and pillows. We had a restful sleep until we were disturbed. At night, we were woken by Betty from reception, she climbed out of the air-con vent and kept breathing heavily, this scared our children. We told our children this was normal, we ignores her but she crawled out of the vent and made dirty prints on the walls and was very noisy. Other than Betty disturbing us at night, it was a great stay with a good breakfast to start the day.

This hotel is amazing. Super clean. Super friendly . Secure. Free parking and reasonably priced. Def a converted Premier Inn person. I am normally a Travel Lodge person. But this hotel has convinced me to try other Premier Inns from now on . Well done

Absolutely lovely hotel! Great location, the hotel was warm, clean and the bed was soooo comfortable too! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much of an ask. We would definitely recommend staying there. We were impressed with the late shift manager who was on his own unexpectedly and balanced everything from checking in to cooking the meals. Very impressive!

ERIKA is absolutely amazing, who really went above and beyond my whole stay. She was outstanding with my 3 year old too. She really made the stay so welcoming and we will be back in the new year. She deserves a pay rise!🥰🥰 Very professional and friendly

Stayed here last night whilst attending a wedding in the area. Brilliant stay. The manager Callum definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well for the guests. Excellent check in. The rooms are lovely are spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and excellent quality. Would have no hesitation booking again and would highly recommend

The room was fine, with a superbly comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom, with a bathtub as well as a shower. The availability of free parking in the adjacent supermarket car park was an added bonus. I decided to go to the nearby Wetherspoons for dinner, because the menu at the Premier Inn was rather limited. Breakfast was the only downside. The room temperature in the restaurant was decidedly chilly and I asked to move from the table next to the entrance, which was too close to an aircon outlet. I noticed that other guests moved from that table subsequently. There was an attractive range of hot and cold dishes but unfortunately, virtually everything from the hot buffet was lukewarm, aggravated by the absence of hot plates (the plate warmer did not appear to be working).

The room was very comfortable & clean, with all the amenities that I wanted. I wasn't disturbed, even though the hotel was busy I didn't hear others in the corridor at night. The staff were very professional, friendly & welcoming. I would definitely stay again.
