Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, railway station "Pescara" 30 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 25 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. Airfield 32 km from the property. 7-room cottage 180 m2 on 2 levels.
