Booked a trip through *******, and I unfortunately did not pay attention to the fact that the room was non-refundable. Later on I thought I might have other plans on that day so I cancelled the room, and only realized there would be no refund when I read the cancellation email from *******. I called front desk in the morning, a man answered my call and agreed to talk to the manager about reinstating the room reservation since I already paid for it, and I said I would try to make that trip. I left my phone number and the manager never called. A few more days later I called again, this time during the day, a lady answered, and she even refused to take a message for the manager about reinstating my reservation, blaming ******* for everything. I contacted an ******* agent who in turned contacted them again they refused to do anything because it was there "policy". I would be very careful about booking with a motel that has a policy that doesn't keep the customers in mind. Zero stars.
