Aangelina jolieeeI was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

TTrip loyalistThe hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired.
Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible.
Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.

LLovely CoupleLa estancia fue muy buena, excepto cuando me pedí para reservar un servicio de masaje a las 5:00, que se llamaba “Baik Bu”. Sin embargo, al llegar al centro de spa, sólo para encontrar a 2 empleados tenían un copo. Y me pedí para esperar. A continuación, una de las chicas mencionó la franquicia ya completa y tiene que esperar a otra franquicia a las 7:00. No cumplir la promesa es una cosa, pero no hay remedios es otra. No se ha hecho recuperación de servicio al final.

SStizaThe exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Sin embargo, la ubicación geográfica (en Sumatra) podría hacer que este hotel tenga menos competidores. Sin duda, no tengo muchas opciones para quedarme como cuando estaba en Java Island. La habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena, y la habitación estaba muy bien. No me sentí suficientemente ”privada” cuando estaba duchando como tenía un cuarto conmigo.
¿Por qué diseñaron eso? LOL No os oyé mirar a la ventana de vidrio cuando mi camarera estaba duchando. Espero que ella hiciera lo mismo ...
La buena cosa del hotel era el desayuno.
